Guests will have exclusive access to the entire luxury apartment in the heart Marina Del Rey. This includes a spacious living area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a comfortable queen-sized bedroom, and sleek bathroom.

The apartment features high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Fresh linens, towels, and essential toiletries are provided for your comfort.

The building offers a secure entrance with a 24/7 doorman, elevator, on-site fitness center, and a co-working space, ideal for business travelers.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual, you will find all the necessary and relevant information relating to your stay.

Our space is located in a building and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step onto the designed smoking area and enjoy.
Absolutely no parties and smoking are permitted on our premises. To ensure compliance, we have implemented extensive security measures including outdoor cameras, as well as noise, smoke, and party crowd event detectors.
Any violation of these rules, resulting in the activation of any detector, will lead to immediate eviction without the option of a refund.
We extend courtesy and respect to all our guests and expect the same in return for our properties.

1. The small fob will give you access to your apartment, all the rooms and amenities in the apartment complex including the swimming pool and front doors of the building.
Fee for losing 250$.
2. Silicon pink bracelets are ONLY for the swimming pool area.
Without these bracelets, security will ask you to leave the swimming pool area.
Fee for losing $100 each.
3. The car fob is only for the parking garage.
Stick this fob to the windshield from the inside of the car and when you approach the gate, it will automatically open.
Fee for losing $350.
5. Extra bed+bedding for 1 additional person(4th person) 35$ per night.
6. Early check-in (1 pm)— 50$ (after the approval).
7. Late check out - 25$ per each 30 min. After 11 am.(after the request is approved - not guaranteed).
8. We are a residential, not commercial building. Doing commercial business - 300$ fine and immediate cancelation without any refund.
9. No parties allowed. Fine 1000$ and immediate cancellation without any refund.
10. Smoking inside or outside the property (including Patio)- 700$ fine.
11. Pets are not allowed. Penalty 1000$
