Summary:
Howdy! Come on over to this awesome Round Rock home for a vacation you won't forget! You'll have your own private pool, a relaxing hot tub, and a game room for tons of fun. Plus, the location is super convenient, with easy access to all the cool stuff in Austin and lots of shops. The house has a modern kitchen, a gym to keep you in shape, and a cozy fire pit for hanging out in the evenings. We make sure everything's sparkling clean, so you can have a comfy and enjoyable stay.
The Space:
The property can comfortably host up to 16 guests, offering 7 private bedrooms (7 beds) + 3.5 bathrooms. If you would like to have more people than 16, please ask and we can provide 2 blow-up air mattresses and extra sheets for the 3 sleeping couches. But please let us know ahead of time if you choose to do this!
The master bedroom looks out on the pool, and has a queen bed with an attached private bathroom that has a massive jacuzzi bathtub!
The other bedrooms share a guest bathroom with a double sink vanity, that is separated from the bathtub/shower/toilet by a locking door. Three bedrooms contain a full-sized bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds. All of the beds (including the master bedroom) have brand new hotel-grade Helix Comfort mattresses (retailing at $1,000 + per mattress! We want you to get good sleep while you are here!
For parents of young children, we provide a high chair and a crib. If you are a mom who pumps, we also have a spectra pump you can use during your stay (but you will need to bring your own attachments).
Please note that the former garage is what is converted to the two additional bedrooms which have the queen bunk beds downstairs that is in the back corner and king bed upstairs. You will walk into the converted garage area (if you are looking at the photos it is the room with the blue cabinets) and there is a bunk bed in the back corner. You will take a ladder up into the upstairs suite with a king bed.
The main living room has a nice leather sectional facing the TV. If reading and relaxing is more your style, feel free to sit in one of the leather swivel chairs by the fireplace and grab a book to read from the shelves. Our dining room table inside seats 4 people, but if extra chairs are needed, there are 7 at our outside dining table that can be brought in.
If you aren't lucky enough to have the day off of work, the study features a standing desk with a monitor for you to use. It also has 2 double doors that can be shut. This room can be used as an extra sleeping space if needed.
Don't worry about missing a workout! We have you covered there as well. There is a full home gym in the corner of the back porch! (Please be aware that the gym is outside, but under a covered patio, so if the weather is extreme such as raining or very cold, that may influence your ability to workout. We do have fans you can use if it is hot outside!) It features a traditional squat rack with Rouge bumper plates (with 10lb, 25lb, 35lb, and 45lb plates), an adjustable bench, a pull-up bar, adjustable bow flex selectees dumbbells that each go up to 52.5 lbs., and a full cable assembly (so you can still do let pulldowns, leg kickbacks, let raises, curls, rows, etc.!), and last but not least a yoga mat. This is completely USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! The equipment is open for use but if you choose to use it we do not guarantee anyones safety.
Sit in the backyard late into the night, enjoying the pool and beautiful weather that we get year-round here in Round Rock! The yard is illuminated at night by string lights hung up around the yard. Go ahead and cook a dinner for the whole family on the outdoor grill, and use the nice wooden dining table on the covered patio that seats 7 people comfortably. We are also in the process of adding even more poolside and patio furniture to enjoy the backyard with! There is plenty of seating for large groups, a gorgeous fireplace and a hot tub.
Note: The entire home is single-story, except for one bedroom located in a finished attic. This upstairs room features a king bed, while the master bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed.

Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.
We kindly ask that you keep noise levels low so everyone can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. Please be considerate of our neighbors by avoiding loud conversations, music, or outdoor gatherings during quiet hours.
