Welcome to Family Fun at 181, a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. Walk to the beach or enjoy access to 11 community pools, 4 tennis courts, mini golf, and more. This two-level retreat features a full kitchen, TVs with Roku’s attached in every room (two have antennas attached to receive local news), a gas grill, and sleeping for 8 guests. Perfect for families and small groups looking for fun in the Florida sun!

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

Family Fun at 181 is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome offering a relaxed, well-equipped stay in Panama City Beach. The main floor includes a spacious living room, dining area, and a full kitchen with a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Upstairs is where you’ll find three bedrooms and two baths. The primary bedroom has a king bed. The nearby second bedroom features 2 queen beds. The third bedroom includes a queen-size Sleep Number bed and has an ensuite ¾ bath which can be shared with the second bedroom. The first 2 bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A tankless water heater provides endless hot water for the whole family—perfect after a day in the sun. Just allow a moment for the water to heat initially

For a fun and relaxing vibe, each room is styled with a beach-life theme, and each bedroom is equipped with a TV which has an attached Roku. The master bedroom and living room TVs have an antenna attached as well so you can get the local news. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, central A/C, a washer and dryer, and a gas grill. Whether you're returning from a day at the beach or winding down indoors, this town home delivers comfort and convenience.

This 3-bedroom, 2½-bathroom vacation rental features:

Main Living Area (first floor): Living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry (located outside the back door in the room on the right)
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Thoughtfully laid out across two floors, Family Fun at 181 offers flexible accommodations suited for families and small groups. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prep meals, and the L-shaped bar makes serving and gathering easy. Unwind on the patio with a grilled dinner or just have a relaxing time in the cool shade anytime of the day.

The townhome includes TVs with attached Rokus in every room, high-speed Wi-Fi, a private washer/dryer, and keyless entry. Located in a walkable, gated community with extensive onsite amenities, this home is a great fit for beach trips, long weekends, or extended stays.

Parking:

This Gulf Highlands unit comes with 2 assigned numbered parking spots in front of the unit.

Parking passes are handed out at the security gate and are currently free. Guests can speak to the attendant when they arrive, show proof of the booking and they will give them a mirror hanger pass with the dates on it. If they arrive after hours or the security gate is not occupied, they can just ask for one when they see the guard the next day. Parking passes need to be displayed at all times. There is limited overflow parking, which can be purchased from the front gate security attendants for $10 per night.

No parking on the grass or double parking on the street. If you have an additional vehicle, there are three paid public parking lots to choose from: 1) Richard Jackson Boulevard at Ocean Towers Condominiums; 2) Churchwell Drive at Front Beach Road, or 3) Thomas Drive at Ripley’s.

Street legal carts are NOT allowed in the complex. However, just outside the pedestrian gate on Front Beach Road, there is a rental place and if you rented a cart from them for consecutive days, you could park it at their location, which is an easy walk into the complex and back to the unit.

Nestled in a serene, gated community, our resort is ideal for a family stay with all of the amenities you could want including 11 pools (5 heated seasonally and one beachside), a full-service beachfront restaurant with facilities, and 18-hole putt-putt, tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, playgrounds and more! In addition to those amenities and the hours of free entertainment in your own backyard, there is a walking path from the resort leading to the Shoppes at Edgewater with top notch restaurants and entertainment venues such as FireFly, Dee's Hangout, American Charlie's, Pink Pelican Ice Cream Bar, Rock'It Lanes bowling, Axe throwing, and Escape rooms! We are also just a mile from Shipwreck Island Water Park and less than a mile from Just Jump Trampoline Park, WonderWorks, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park and Ripley’s. Explore nearby restaurants including Bayou on the Beach and Saltwater Grill. We are just 5 miles from Pier Park, with all of its fabulous shopping, dining and entertainment!

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort has:
Tennis, shuffleboard, pickleball courts, mini golf, fitness room and 11 pools total, including 1 beachfront pool and 5 seasonally heated pools.

Other details to note:

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external security camera located at this vacation rental. (Ring camera is on the front of the house.)

“Bike The Beach,” located next to the Gulf Highlands office, rents and sells tennis and pickleball gear. They also offer bikes, e-bikes, golf carts, e-scooters, and slingshots.

Trash must be placed in a garbage bag that is tied up and placed inside the silver trash bins located near the unit. No loose trash allowed.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
