2 Bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. The townhouse has stainless appliances, a full kitchen, luxury vinyl plank flooring through the upstairs and downstairs. Crown molding, a large glass top dining table as well as extra seating at the bar. Three flat screen TV's, each master suite has a king bed as well as private bathroom.

Vacations by Fayla takes pride in providing family friendly, well maintained & enjoyable units.

Washer and dryer. Private parking for two vehicles, a front and rear patio as well as a screened in back porch. Gas grill. Just steps to the large island pool. The largest master suite has two recliners, for that afternoon nap or it makes for a great reading nook. Plenty of room for you family to enjoy themselves and make memories for a lifetime.

Great location and value

Great Find in PCB

This property is great, and the owner is really helpful. The location offers a short distance to the beach and fun in the town. The closest pool is huge, the unit has large rooms and a beautiful kitchen. Very clean as well.

We came down for our annual family trip and by far had the best experience so far booking with Fayla!!! From booking to checking in to the beautiful townhouse and then sadly having to check out everything was perfect!! Fayla was super easy to get ahold of anytime we had a question. Her townhouse was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. We look forward to booking with Fayla again summer 2025 for our annual family vacation to PCB!

Great location access to beach & bathrooms!

We really enjoyed our stay. You will have all the utensils/pots/pans to cook but will need to buy everything food-wise. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. If you have beach equipment and can bring it I would. There is a small umbrella and 2 chairs. Some beach toys, noodles and a tube. This worked out fine for just the two of us. Communication was a breeze to get access to the property. No issues with internet! Overall great place to stay close to the beach. Very cute little community!!

Great host great location!

I had a couple questions for the host and they were more than helpful every time! Town home exactly as described! The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and not hard at all! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing property!

The property is beautiful, house was clean, and it was only a 3 minute walk to the beach! The house came fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, beach necessities, cleaning supplies, etc. The pools were heated and lit up at night and they were open late too. We were close to great restaurants and a 10 minute drive to Pier Park. The owner was great too! I can NOT say enough good things about this property. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again next year!

Great Hidden Gem in PCB!

We loved our time at this property, it was clean, we had everything we needed, a very short walk to the beach and pools. The owner was very accommodating and flexible with our plans, and was very responsive. Our group already talked and we 100% plan on coming back!

A lovely stay from start to finish

Had a great time. Everything was clean and in great shape. The condo is MUCH larger than the pictures show. The Gulf Highlands resort itself is quite nice and very convenient to the beach as well. Had no issues whatsoever throughout the stay. Would stay again in the future!
