A highly desired beach access is just a 5-minute walk (or under 2 minutes by golf cart), perfect for quiet morning strolls along the shoreline. The Beach Club area—featuring tennis, pickleball, year-round pools, shopping, ice cream, and casual bites—is also nearby. Head the other direction to reach the marina, golf courses, and the Bonito Boathouse restaurant. Winter fishing off the nearby bridge is a favorite pastime.

Inside, you’ll find a warm, inviting layout perfect for longer stays. The main floor features a luxurious king suite with an ensuite bath, double vanity, and walk-in closet. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed, the other with a queen plus twin-over-twin bunk—share a full hall bath. A cozy bonus room with a twin and trundle provides a quiet corner for reading, relaxing, or accommodating additional guests. All bedrooms feature large smart TVs for cozy winter nights in.

The open-concept living and dining area is designed for gathering and unwinding, with seating for eight and plenty of natural light. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes cooking at home simple and enjoyable. A full laundry room adds convenience for month-long or seasonal stays.

Outdoor living shines in winter, too. Both the front and back porches offer comfortable seating for enjoying cool coastal breezes. The screened-in back porch—complete with fireplace table and TV—is a favorite winter spot for relaxing, reading, or catching a game. A private outdoor shower with hot water is available year-round, and the home’s exterior lighting makes late arrivals effortless.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
