Absolutamente maravilloso: ubicado en el prestigioso complejo residencial de casas cerradas de Bear Creek Crossing, Pigeon Forge TN. (5 millas a Parkway Light # 3) Cerca de Dollywood, Cal Ripken Baseball Experience y todos los restaurantes. Fácil acceso a Gatlinburg, el Parque Nacional Great Smokey Mountains y muchas otras atracciones. We enjoyed our stay at the cabin just a few things I would suggest make sure that all TVs and Internet is working and easy to use. I would make sure that you get a new grill the grill that grill is not fit to cook on.Cabin overall is awesome. Always felt safe and secure. Great location with great views. I would also make sure that all your remotes have good batteries.

The cabin did not have enough towels for the size of the rental. We only had one dish towel and no pot holders.It was not cleaned well and two fireplaces did not work. It was not really what we thought we were paying for unfortunately.We contacted host and they came by and left 3 bath towels. No communication was made for our problems they just left towels.

Excellent stay

This was an absolute wonderful stay. Location was perfect and centrally located to everything. We would stay again and would recommend for a family get away.

It worked for us

Good stay. Could have used some newer rugs and perks for guests, such as coffee pods, filters, sugar and creamer, salt and pepper. Couldn’t get upstairs jacuzzi to work, other wasn’t tried. Parking is a bit dicey due to slopes and not a pull in driveway. You should inform guests with dogs that flat, grassy areas are not available. Nice porch sitting and refreshing quiet.

Great place to be during nearby baseball tournament

Aunt Bugs was a wonderful place to stay during our week-long baseball tournament. The unit was clean, and large enough for 3 dads and 3 players to sleep and live comfortably. The game room in the basement is a great plus for the kids.

Finding our cabin was a little difficult but once we got there it was amazing. Wish we were aloud to use the fireplaces but all in all everybody loved the place and the view.

Great cabin

This was such a great cabin! I was hoping to replicate a stay I had up in pigeon forge 30 years ago as a kid and the feelings hit me all over and more. My kids really enjoyed the game room. I enjoyed the view and the hot tub. I loved drawing on the porch while watching the sunset over the mountains. It was purely picturesque! I can’t wait to go out there again!

Nowhere has any cabin come close to being as perfect as this one. The pictures do not do it justice. We were sad to leave but will definitely be back. Thank You to the owners for their generosity and to Aunt Bug's for making our stay so pleasant.

We've stayed in several luxury cabins over the years, but this one was the coziest yet. The layout was perfect for a large group (4 adults and a couple of teenagers). Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. The location was good with a nice view. The cabin was very clean, but for a couple of areas that wouldn't be noticed by most guests. Highly recommend this property.

The cabin was nice. The pictures looked much better online but nonetheless it was a nice cabin. Kitchen utensils were cheap and several missing pieces. Limited garbage bags or any type of cleaning supplies. In addition the photos felt misleading regarding the proximity of the pool and putt putt (also which you need your own clubs and balls) which we were short of at the cabin. It also is nice to have a brochure for local attractions All in all it was a great trip these are just some improvement areas for the price. Thanks!!

Hot tub on lower level great, didn't use other one. Game room fun. Parking tight, didn't realize cabins were so close together. Pet friendly cabin with very little grass for dogs (our mini doxie doesn't like peeing up hill haha) very steep roads, don't think we'd stay in this neighborhood in wintery weather. Overall we had a great time at the car show, good location near Pigeon forge.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed over memorial weekend 2014. The cabing was in good condition. But we did have problems with the upstairs hot tub. I read previous reviews from 3 months ago...The hot tub was leaking down on the swing below. The Managment needs to know that the hot tub leaks into the BEDROOM Window. I had to use our beach towels to clean the water up. and then clean my beach towels... This problem needs to be solved. It is dripping into the cabin. fix that and u almost have a perfect cabin.

The place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes/etc. Only a couple recommendations. There are not enough bath towels for a cabin this size. I went out and bought several for our stay so folks were not constantly washing towels. It would be nice for each bathroom to have 4 bath towels minimum. Also, I have stayed at other cabins located on this same property that did not require driving into Sevierville for check-in. I wrongly assumed that since I downloaded your app, that the checkin would be mobile. But, I drove to the community first and then learned it wasn't and had to take an extra hour round trip to go check in. This was my mistake, but I rent cabins frequently and this is the only one I can recall having to go check in at a distant location. While I very much enjoyed the stay and the cabin, I will choose other properties in the future to prevent having to do this due to the traffic and added travel time (after a 6 hr drive to get there). Sorry to complain, but I think this will be helpful to you all for other guests and to get repeat customers.
