Villa “Lily” is a three-storey luxury home and consists of 3 en-suite bedrooms, large living room with fireplace, dining-room, open kitchen, loft, storage room, veranda and balcony with panoramic view to the Ionian sea, Nidri village, Vlycho Bay and the islands (Scorpios of Onassis the Famous Magnate Shipping, Meganissi and Ithaca), 2 swimming pools (separate for adults and kids), garden, Jacuzzi and Private Parking. The villa has 4 bathrooms. The villa is fully air-conditioned.

The villa is located just five minutes (by car) from the beach.
Other Activities: Folklore Festival taking place every summer in the town of Lefkada. Annual sailing week takes place in Lefkada. There are daily cruses from Nidri to Scorpios Island and the nearby islands.

Lovely stay at Villa Lily With fantastic views

Lovely clean property with amazing views over Nidri, the sea and the outlying islands. Enjoyed the infinity pool and lounging by the pool. Well equiped kitchen although we also enjoyed visiting local tavernas especially at Elena's at Geni. Car is essential as villa is up a track and very secure. Lovely to meet Evie and Nick. Perfect villa. Hope to come again. Jeremy and Debbie Shears

Lovely villa with the most amazing views

We spent a lovely week on Lefkada and Villa Lily met all our needs. The weather was extremely hot so full air conditioning throughout was a life saver - it was really efficient and quiet. The villa is arranged on 3 floors with access to the pool off 2 bedrooms or a walk round - this was the only inconvenience. The views from the villa and pool area are unbelievable- you just can’t stop looking! A car is a must - the road up to the villa is concrete but very steep in parts so not for the faint hearted. Not easy to walk to anything other than one restaurant lower down but too hot for us to do that. Marie was a lovely host and was very helpful throughout - she even drove down to the main road so we could follow her when we arrived. Lefkada was a real find - locals so friendly and stunning beaches and good places to eat. Hire a boat - just magical! Enjoy x

Lovely stay at Villa Lily

We were a group of 6 people and all had a lovely time in Villa Lily. It was clean, spacious and exactly as described with amazing views, especially from the infinity pool. Having a couple of other private outside areas that took advantage of those views made the place a very relaxing environment and we made full use of these during our stay. Marie was a very welcoming and helpful host. She arranged taxi transfers from the airport for us. We also left an item of clothing in the villa which she has offered to post back. We used a car for the entirety of our stay as the walk between the beach area of Nydri and the villa was too far for comfort in the heat of the Greek summer. It also opened up many more options around the bay for evenings out. However, if you’re feeling lazy the nearest taverna on the road out from the villa has some great lamb and fish dishes.

Outstanding views at Villa Lily

We had a perfect holiday at Amalia Villas on Lefkada Island! We were a group of 6 staying at Villa Lily - the hospitality and cleanliness of the villa was to a high standard and the views were amazing. The pool, which was cleaned daily, was lovely to swim in and we enjoyed sitting in the gazebo and admiring the landscape. The village and local beach were 5min drive and 25min walk - there were lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Marie was a wonderful host and gave good tips on recommended beaches and tourist spots. Our favourite beach was Port Katsiki - if you have a car, don't leave the island before visiting! Overall, a great holiday destination with outstanding scenery.

Just perfect

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Lily at Amalia Villas. The villa is amazing big, nice and clean rooms, fully equipped kitchen, the pool is perfect for lazy mornings :) and the view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking. If I will plan another vacation in Lefkada I would definitively choose Amalia Villas and I strongly recommend this villas for everyone who like the privacy of their own place. Very happy returning customer - WHAT A VIEW !

We returned this year with another group of friends in another beautiful Amalia villa! We were welcomed by Nadia who is always super friendly and ready to assist you with every need (we had a baby and 2 kids with us). Very comfortable and spacious villa, clean and tidy! Beautiful breath-taking views from every room and the swimming pool! I would recommend it to everyone that likes to relax on holidays and enjoys being close BUT not in the touristic area. (Note: You need a car to go up and down the mountain. The villas are 5 min drive from Nydri, but you need a car anyway to get to Lefkada and to move around)

WOW!! Views from the Amalia Villas are good.

Our family of 3 couples visited Villa Lily in July and none of us could ever get tired of the view, whether from the rooms, the balconies, the outside dining areas, or the lovely infinity pool. We discussed amongst the 6 of us if anyone has ever seen a view to even match our current location. Although between us we have visited a vast number of countries in the world we could not think of anywhere to beat it. Although these villas may not be for all people as they are positioned up the hill behind Nidri, for a lot of couples, families and groups they are a beautiful quiet retreat and yet just a few minutes drive, or about 20 minutes walk to Nidri, or less to the local restaurant and bar in the village of Raci. The rooms all had air conditioning, the equipment throughout the villa was adequate and the beds were all comfortable, albeit that the top room was not for tall people with its sloped ceilings. We loved the garden with its bougainvillea and other plants as did the beautiful butterflies. We were also fascinated by the other local wildlife, including the tiny Prey-mantis that we noticed in the lavender bushes. There are currently 5 villas at Amalia and we assume some may be more suitable than others for young families with their infinity pools & locations, but young families were staying in the other villas and they did not appear to have any concerns. Thank you Nico, Eva, Nadia and Marie for your hospitality and help. We do not often consider returning to the same location, but in this case we hope to make an exception and return again, maybe with more of our family or friends.

Review for the Villa Lily

I'm very sure I made the correct choice! My family and I stayed 2 weeks in Villa Lily part of “Amalia Villas” at the end of August. The villa was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the spectacular view from the infinity pool across the harbour of Nidri to the islands of Scorpios, Meganissi and Madouri. I really think the owners, Zikos’ family, have done a great job in building the “Amalia Villas” Complex. The whole family is so welcoming and makes the stay just perfect. The owners, Nadia and Marie are so helpful and nice, their English is also very good. I remember when we arrived the first day, Marie picked us from the pier and drove us to the Villa! She also gave us a map, traditional sweets and provided a lot of useful tips about the travelling attractions, sight seeing and recommended restaurants. Nadia is very responsive and on hand to give directions or any advice you might need. We loved getting up in the morning, eating breakfast and drinking coffee at our own private pool. The Villa is quite reasonable for what it has to offer. I strongly recommend anyone to rent this or any of the family-owned villas.
