Additional fees & requirements:
✔ Rental Agreement & ID Verification - A signed rental agreement and a valid ID upload from the booking guest are required.
✔ Security Deposit Hold - A $500 hold will be placed as a refundable security deposit.
✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Available upon request, pending availability. Each is offered for a $60 fee and must be arranged in advance.
✔ Additional Guests - $10 per night for each guest beyond 4.
✔ Hot Tub Cleaning - A $100 fee applies only if extra cleaning is needed after use.
✔ Optional access to the Lake Arrowhead Community Center and pool is available for $5 per person, per day

Important note:
✔ The garage is not heated and is locked from December through April for safety and maintenance. It is unavailable for guest use during winter months.
✔ The Smart TV requires guests to log in with their own streaming accounts. Please remember to log out before checkout to protect your information.
✔ Guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit - please bring your own wood.
