Amazing Home Beautifully Decorated

We had a wonderful time at Hannah's place. As soon as we arrived we were amazed at how beautiful the place is, so tastefully and perfectly decorated--and so exceptionally clean. The pictures do not do this place justice. They thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and easy. It's waterfront so the first thing you see is the beautiful view of the ocean and all the wonderful amenities. Thank you Hannah for sharing your stunning place with us.

Wonderful Stay!

We spent a week here and had a lovely and relaxing time! Very spacious, clean, and beautiful. We loved the pools, private beach, and being close to many restaurants nearby. Would love to stay here again!

Everything was as described. The apartment was well-appointed and situated in an exquisitely-maintained building. The apartment had everything we wanted, and the owner was responsive and professional. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great rental.

Wonderful stay at the Ritz!

We had an amazing stay at the Ritz in Singer Island. This trip was a combination of work in my WPB office and celebration of my dad’s 65th birthday. First, the check in process was easy and pleasant and our room was ready early. The properly is as described in pictures and extremely clean. Large rooms, clean linens, amazing views and balconies. The communication with owner Hannah was great and she was very responsive to all our questions, and her property manager was knowledgeable and responded quickly to fix the dishwasher. The apartment and kitchen are well stocked with spices, cookware, utensils and amazing auto toaster that my kids loved daily in making waffles! The pools (2 of them) and beach areas are well maintained and not crowded and there is a great grill and bar that is available to the guests. The gym was large and well equipped and my husband and I used it daily! Free water and morning coffee was available in the lobby. The location of Singer Island is convenient to the airport, downtown WPB, Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens with many amazing restaurants a short drive away. Having a free parking spot was also a big plus! We had an enjoyable time and will surely return!

Excellent! We will be back!

Our stay was amazing! The apartment was exactly as described, maybe even better. The apartment was extremely clean, neat spacious, and tastefully decorated. The view was priceless and the amenities were better than some other hight end resorts we have stayed at previously. Poolside drinks and service were outstanding. All you have to bring with you are your clothes and toiletries. We did not need anything as Hannah had it furnished as if we were at our own home! Property owner Hannah was very welcoming, responsive, and easy to get a hold of. We will be staying again!

Incredible Stay

The condo was absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend staying at the Ritz-Carlton Residences. You won’t be disappointed! Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. Beautiful pools and beach! Gabe, down at the beach was a great guy. Very hard worker and very personable. So glad we had our vacation here! Hannah was really great to deal with. She was very quick to answer any questions we had! We hope to be back!!

Another Perfect Singer Island Getaway

Staying on Singer Island at the Ritz Residences has become a family tradition for us - one we look forward to every year. While we've stayed on property before, this was our first time in this particular unit. As always, everything was perfect. Our family of 5 stayed for one week. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. The unit was ready as soon as we arrived (actually a bit earlier than we expected). It was very clean and there were plenty of fresh towels. Nice collection of board games and books was a nice touch. TV in every room with cable (though we hardly used it). Fast WiFi. Nicely appointed kitchen stocked with very nice cookware, flatware, plates, bowls, cups, etc. Beds were extremely comfortable and the third bedroom with two twin beds worked out perfectly for us. View from every room: both ocean and intercoastal views were amazing. Secure parking. Everything you could ask for. As for the Ritz... the property is just perfect. The staff are all incredibly friendly and you can sense that they genuinely want to make your stay perfect. From the beach, to the pool, to the concierge, gym, coffee service, grill, theater, social room... I could go on and on. Our kids call this our "Florida home," and it definitely feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend - we will certainly be back.

Everything just perfect

Singer island/Riviera Beach really the ideal place to stay visiting Palm Beach area. Hannah’s home Pristine and beautiful top notch Florida interior design. Spacious ,flowing ,roomy , and large ocean front patio off Main suite and living area right over spectacular beach and blue sea. A spacious patio other side facing intercostal waterways west off the two guest suites. Awesome views ocean side with lots of yachts and ships in and out of the Palm Beach inlet Loved the easy quick access to pools and beach amenities of the beautiful Ritz managed property, in one or two minutes your walking out to pool and beach. Just as described and reviewed

This is my first vrbo booking. We were delighted to read all the positive reviews on this property and we were not disappointed! This is a beautiful property with exceptional residential services. The unit is thoughtfully appointed and stocked. Our host, Hannah, could not have been more accommodating in communicating what we could expect in the unit, building and area. We met our children in FL and hope to make this an annual occurrence! Convenient location to everyone and everything we wanted to see in the area. Kudos to the Ritz staff for the excellent job they do to provide an exceptional experience for their residents.

Stunning home; outstanding location.

We were astounded by the beauty and comfort of this home. It was luxuriously decorated and thoughtfully outfitted. No detail was lacking in the kitchen, which was essential to us as avid cooks. The location, with stunning views of the ocean, was superb. We are outdoor enthusiasts and took advantage of the neighboring tennis courts, kayaking, and running paths. The Ritz is a magnificent facility. The gym was excellent, the pools were perfect for lap swimming, and the staff was warm and professional. Hannah was a very responsive host. All in all, our stay exceeded our high expectations.

Quality Ritz Carlton Stay

Many thanks to Hannah for adjusting our dates after a last minute hurricane delayed our arrival by a couple days. We found the unit to be spotless, professionally decorated and appeared newly renovated. The staff was true to form ritz quality. Perhaps not the most conducive for young children, but a wonderful host and destination nonetheless.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO/FANTASTIC OWNER/BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

Just returned from a week-long stay at this stunning property and we couldn't have been happier! I went down to Singer Island with my 4 sisters as a celebration of life for our mother who recently passed away and the condo was perfect - there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Hannah was an absolute delight to deal with before and during our trip and went out of her way to provide us with a late check out at the last minute. One of my sister's had a medical issue and the folks at the Ritz couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. They went above and beyond in helping her up to the condo, calling the ambulance and when we returned to the condo they had left a gift bag with some fresh fruit and Gatorade. We will absolutely be going back to this wonderful condo and one of the biggest reasons would be the interactions with Hannah as well as the staff. Truly a relaxing week after what was a very challenging year for our family so thank you Hannah!!

BEAUTIFUL RIVIERA ISLAND CONDO

The condo was beautiful with fastastic views from every room. It took a few days to figure out all of the amenities but eventually we got use of everything. The Management was very professional and the onsite employees were always there to help. There was great shopping and delicious restaurants within a short ride. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the condo and enjoyed all points of interest in the area. We have already had conversations about going back.

Wonderful apartment

We have stayed several times in this building. This apartment is even nicer than the rest. Beautifully appointed, very comfortable, equipped with everything needed to make meals and refreshments. And the owner was a delight to deal with, always highly responsive and helpful.

Picture perfect!

From the stunning lobby to the views from every balcony and the beautifully furnished rooms, this condo is perfect. The concierge is friendly, helpful and always available. The Grill restaurant on the property is so convenient. The food is great and you can sit outside in the beautiful weather or inside if you prefer. The location makes it easy to get to The Palm Beach Airport, downtown Palm Beach, West Palm Beach and North Palm Beach in minutes. This is our second time here and we look forward to coming back soon.

Beautiful condo with awesome views!

We really had a great time. Family joined us for the last two days for a local wedding. The condo is beautiful, clean, and spacious and the amenities of the building are fabulous. We loved long walks on the beach. The exercise room was awesome and all the staff couldnt have been more accomodating. Highly recommend this condo and it’s owner, Hannah. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the great time!
