Amazing hospitality by the host and RC Residences. Faina made our 10-year anniversary extra special with multiple kind touches! We loved our stay! Every person at RCR was incredibly attentive and helpful. We hope to return some day!

A truly amazing Apartment you can’t ask for anything better. The apartment is extremely clean and organized. Has everything that you could possibly need to make a meal. The property manager Faina is phenomenal and extremely attentive to all of your needs. Great communication with the staff and concierge in the property. We definitely will be back.

This is the cleanest place I have ever booked on VRBO. The views were amazing from every room. The kitchen was stocked. I usually have to check into a place and run to the store to get what I need. There was no need to get anything at this place. The laundry room was even stocked. Host communicated everything perfectly.

From our host, the property, the unit, all were perfect, and very clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. The property is impeccable. We used the gym, the pool, the beach and the restaurant. All were great. Service on the property is amazing as well.

Perfect Unit. Perfect Host. Perfect Stay.

Our stay with 3 generations of extended family at the “Luxurious Oceanfront Ritz Carlton Residence on Singer Island with Private Beach” for Thanksgiving week was perfect. The pool and beach are beautiful and easy to access. The staff are all welcoming, kind and very helpful. The unit has amazing views. The living room and kitchen overlook the ocean and the second bedroom and den share a balcony with views of the intercoastal. The unit is very spacious, tastefully decorated with gracious furnishings, and extremely well-equipped. The host is incredibly thoughtful, easy to contact and very responsive to questions and requests. She has thought of everything guests might want or need during their stay. Our family had an amazing time and we look forward to returning soon.

Simply spectacular!!!

Everything about our stay perfect!! Faina, the property manager was delightful and very attentive. From the moment you walk in the apartment is perfect, immaculate and with stunning view of the beach There’s absolutely nothing negative about the apartment and we will definitely stay again. Also, the staff at the apartment complexe is extremely friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for no hassle rental, this is it!!! The beach and the pool are Perfect.

This is a great condo with a great ocean view. Our stay couldn't have gone any better and Faina, the host, was and is amazingly customer-focused and even provided a welcome package! We have stay at this Ritz many times before but this is where we plan to come back to----it has the total package! 5 stars!

Extraordinary

Our stay was exceptional! It’s enough that the property itself is so obviously well-maintained, clean and has a kitchen stocked with every appliance you can think of. Then add the breath taking view, resort amenities and the most thoughtful and communicative property manager and you have the perfect vacation spot! I could have stayed a month and maybe next trip, I will!!

Flawless

Faina created an incredible experience. The property is extremely well appointed. Faina took care to add amenities and checked in with us regularly while also affording us complete peace. This will be the only place in Palm Beach that we stay, if we have the opportunity.

We have been renting at the Ritz Residences, Singer Island for over seven years. We have experienced different floors, different views, floor plans and interiors. This particular property is exceptional. Design, views and superior luxury. Our host, Faina, was beyond approachable and responsive and a pleasure to work with. Beach get away

Beautiful beach getaway. Had everything you need and more. Was the most well equipped VRBO we have ever stayed in and the views of the sunrise were just beautiful. The owner was extremely attentive & could not do enough for you to make the stay perfect. It was a lovely beach location.

This property offers the best of everything. Gorgeous condo, perfect ocean view, great location and the service at the Ritz is second to none.
The views are breathtaking. The condo cuts through the building allowing for the most amazing views of the ocean and intracoastal.
Private beach, two pools with attending to set up chairs and umbrellas.
Chef kitchen with stainless appliances, subzero refrigerator, Bosch oven, bright dining room to enjoy all those home cooked meals or simply enjoy dinner at the restaurants next door.
Full time concierge to help with any activity planning you might need.
This is my second oceanfront property and this one checks off all the boxes.

First and foremost I am only a few minutes away if needed. I personally check the condo prior to everyone's arrival and make sure everything is the way I would have wanted to greet me if I was vacationing here.
Pool attendants, with restaurant service by the pool and a private beach with attendant and chairs and umbrellas for guests' use.
The concierge on premises can be relied on for activities, restaurants and general information making this a bespoke experience for all our guests.
Here you can enjoy all the comforts of home and the uncompromising attention lavished on every guest!
