Back in your condo, you'll be thrilled with all the in-unit extras. A fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances gives you the option of preparing meals at home and offers ample cabinet space for all your goodies.

The oceanfront room is a great space, with awesome ocean vibes which will be felt morning, noon and night! The 'front' room boasts a Queen sized bed, a SMART TV and a sliding glass-door out to your private balcony with that mesmerizing ocean view.

On the balcony is a bar height table + chairs for two and a cushioned sofa for two as well.

The other room, a cabin of sorts, provides you with a living/dining space where you can chillax, eat, and enjoy the 50" SMART TV and games too!
The bath offers a convenient tub/shower, a brand new sink, night light, and plenty of counter space.

Each guests is provided with 2 full towel sets.

Folding camp style beach chairs are provided along with pool/beach towels.

You will find few spaces as inviting as mine on Myrtle Beach's oceanfront!

The resort boasts some great on site amenities which include an endless river, indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a small gym with treadmills, free weights, ellipticals, and other fitness equipment, a small coffee/ snack bar in lobby, Tiki bar serving tropical beverages, fire pits, suspension chairs, hammocks, an on site laundry, outside showers, and plenty of covered parking with elevator access to your condotel.

-No pets are allowed on the premises.

- Guests who book this unit do not get housekeeping or front desk service.

Guest access
Guest have access to all pools, hot tubs, and the endless river. Parking is free and motorcycles are welcome. Guests WILL NOT have access to front desk services, or housekeeping services.

Guests are not permitted a towel exchange with onsite housekeeping, and any linens or towels supplied for your stay that are lost will be the guests' responsibility to replace.

Take a straight shot about 1 mile further up Ocean Blvd. to 29th Avenue North to the most popular entertainment, shopping and dining complex in Myrtle Beach, BROADWAY AT THE BEACH, where there's something to do for the whole family.

Just down the street from your resort, you will find Damon's oceanfront restaurant which is well known throughout the area for its awesome food, drinks and complimentary meal off the menu for those with IDs who are dining and celebrating their birthday.

Downwind Sails Watersports, located less than a mile away offers a variety of recreational activities, including banana boat rides, parasailing, jet ski rentals, and sailing too!

The Grand Strand offers over 150 championship golf courses with various levels of difficulties to accommodate both the casual as well as the professional golfer. There are many shopping malls and outlets, including the renowned Barefoot Landing, Broadway At The Beach, The Tanger Outlets, Market Commons, and many more.
The Grand Strand also offers a variety of attractions which includes Ripley's Aquarium, Hollywood Wax Museum, Ripken Baseball Experience, NASCAR Park, and Water Slides.
There are many miniature gold courses and also a number of theaters, including The Alabama Theater, The Palace Theater, Legends In Concert, Celebrations, The House Of Blues, Medieval Times, Alligator Adventure, The Pirates Cove, The Carolina Opry, Murder Mystery Dinners, and Escape Rooms too.

The temperature ranges from an average high in January of mid to high 50's - to an average high in July/August which ranges from the high 80's to the low 90's. The fall is an excellent season for golfing and typically has an average temperature in the mid 70's.
