✔️ If the access card is not functioning, please visit the reception to have it reactivated.
✔️ Kindly leave the access card in our Smart Lock Box located in the unit when heading out to avoid misplacing or losing it. (A missing access card will incur a replacement charge of 600 AED).
✔️ A safe is available in the bedroom closet for your use.
✔️ You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days before your trip, in line with the cancellation policy stated in the listing and your reservation details.
✔️ Please be aware that Dubai is undergoing extensive construction, which may result in occasional noise around the property. Nearby units may also carry out renovation work without prior notice.
✔️ A tourism fee is included in your reservation. Thank you for your understanding!
✔️ Early check-in may be available at 35% of the nightly rate per hour before 3 pm. Please send a message via the booking platform after 9 am on the check-in day with your desired time (10 am, 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, or 2 pm). We will confirm availability and send a payment request. Upon payment, the door code for your entry time will be provided.
✔️ Late check-out between 12:01 PM – 12:30 PM will incur a 20% charge of the reservation cost. Check-out after 12:30 PM will result in a full charge of the next night’s rate until the unit is vacated. If a same-day reservation follows, the full cost of the upcoming guest’s stay will also be charged. Please note: failure to vacate may result in authorities being notified to assist with removal.
✔️ Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items, including the cost of the item, shipping, handling and necessary arrangements to resolve the situation.
✔️ There is no daily housekeeping service. The property will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. The cleaning fee covers standard wear and tear. Excessive cleaning will incur an additional fee.
✔️ Access details and instructions will only be shared once all guest IDs are updated, as required by building regulations and DTCM (Dubai Authorities).
✔️ If you are dissatisfied with the property or your stay, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue. Refunds will not be issued unless we are given the opportunity to resolve the problem. Guests who leave early without an approved alteration will not receive a refund.
✔️ Personal items left behind will be kept for 10 days. After this period, they will either be donated to charity or discarded.
✔️ Any luggage left behind after check-out will be removed and stored at our facility. Guests will be charged for the transportation of the luggage from the unit to the storage facility.
✔️ The building management takes care of the exterior windows, while we ensure the inside of the unit is always freshly cleaned and well-maintained before each stay.
