From the balcony, you’ll have a stunning skyline view, with the iconic Burj Khalifa visible in the distance. Guests also benefit from direct access to Dubai Hills Park, perfect for morning walks, picnics, or enjoying the outdoors just steps from your door.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guests must be at least 18 to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. Building management requires a GuestReady representative to be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest's passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring high cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
