PET POLICY
-Sunset Beach is pet friendly with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and a fee of $20 per day per pet. Max 2 pets allowed. Fee applied to reservation after booking is made. On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional fee starting at $150 if we deem there is damage to the property regarding your pets stay.

★ PONTOON INCLUDED (during season) 20' Odyssey pontoon with 40HP motor on covered lift with power winch. If pontoon is inoperable for repairs or otherwise, rental rate can be discounted by $50.00/day (unless damaged by renter).
★ BOAT LIFT INCLUDED (during season) A boat lift is also available with power winch, limited to max 2,500 pound boat/motor/gear/persons.

OTTER TAIL COUNTY VHR NOISE ORDINANCE
• Quiet hours are from10:00 pm to 7:00 am. No loud music, screaming/yelling, etc.
• No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc.
• Noise complaints will result in fines and citations from local law enforcement
