Bienvenido al Bed and Breakfast Samuel O'Reilly House. Estamos emocionados de abrir nuestras puertas y compartir esta hermosa casa victoriana de 1900 para todos los que buscan un ambiente cálido y relajante con vistas panorámicas del río Saco y las montañas Moat de New Hampshire. Unique Spot with Great Views and Location!

My group had an awesome time at this property! The fire pit and access to the river were huge highlights! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique accommodation with great access to the outdoors!

13 of us stayed here - it's a unique and fun property. The view is beautiful and the rooms and common areas were perfect for us. The location is also great, we were able to walk to local businesses.

Great place for ski outings

This place is unique . It has 7 rooms and allows my company to have a great outing once a year . It has a great manager and they have an option for a great chef if you need it .

Overall we were very happy with the house, and location. Everyone was very comfortable during the stay. We can not speak for the bed and breakfast deal as we were a large group so we did our own meals. However, we all highly recommend the Samuel O’Reilly House!

Great family time

Property is huge and has many varied bedrooms and bath rooms, game room, living room, dining rooms. We enjoyed the decor very much. Outdoors and fire pit area was also great.

We created memories for life!

I rented this place out for a surprise birthday party, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was just the right size for 13 of us. Spent a lot of time outside grilling and by the fire. Matt and Jason were wonderful with communication and accommodations -- you guys rock! Beds were comfortable, rooms very private, commercial kitchen came in handy for our large group, and you can't lose with that view! Highly recommend for groups looking for the ideal North Conway getaway. I couldn't have asked for a more phenomenal experience! Thank you Matt & Jason!

This place has it all!!

I decided to host a trip for 8 couples this past weekend at the inn. We all needed time to just relax during these difficult times. Jason and Matt were great! The house was beautifully decorated in a steam punk theme. Rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a huge group including that sanitizing dishwasher..clean dishes in 2 minutes is a huge plus on vacation. The firepit was amazing and the views were breathtaking! Chef Waneeta prepared an amazing meal and they accomodated our large group nicely.. We were minutes from shopping too. Would definitely return! BEST. TRIP. EVER!!

Absolutely fantastic in every way. Our group of 14 rented the entire house and were extremely satisfied. We took advantage of Chef Waneeta for breakfast daily and would definitely recommend you do the same!

Was there for a short over night with some friends and we only wished we had more time. House was great, everything we needed. Property managers were great as well.

Wonderful Setting For 60th Birthday Celebration

We just returned from a weekend at the Samuel O'Reilly House and had a fabulous time. We rented out the entire B and B for 12 adults and could not have asked for anything nicer. Matthew was helpful and beyond patient with all of my questions leading up to the weekend, and made sure we felt comfortable once we arrived. It was the perfect place for us to cook (great kitchen!) sit around the table and enjoy meals together, hang out near the fire pit while having drinks and appetizers, and walk down to the river. We ended up buying inner tubes in town, walking along the river from our backyard, and enjoying a relaxing float-it was a highlight of our trip. It is a great location, close to Diana's Baths (for a short but great hike) and so many other fun things. The place has a few different rooms to hang out in, and Matthew had even set up an extra "function" room, which is adjacent to the property, in case we wanted a larger room for dinners. Since we were only 12, the dining room worked well for us, but if you have more people than that, the extra room would be perfect for meals. All in all a great place to gather friends and family for a special occasion. We and our guests were really pleased we chose to rent out this Bed and Breakfast for our 60th birthday party. One thing to note-there is a hot tub, but it was not available for us to use-worth noting if that is important to you. Also, although the house is on the main road in town, we never were bothered by noise coming from the street. It was a non issue as far as sleeping, and all of our outdoor activities at the house were in the beautiful backyard which is quiet and feels quite removed and set back from the road.

Outstanding, the Inn exceeded my expectations of it.

We rented out the whole Inn. We gave our family a weekend away as a Christmas gift. There was 17 of us and we all had a bed to sleep in. The Inn is just amazing, the beds are so comfortable, the bathrooms are gorgeous. It’s just unique. So modern. Each room was more beautiful than the next. I can’t wait to go back for a weekend getaway with my husband. Matt & Jason were so kind and treated us like family.

Unique and Perfect for a large gathering

Location is ideal near everything. It is set up as a bed & breakfast but we rented the entire house for a family holiday gathering and had it to ourselves. All the bedrooms are large enough and nice. Plenty of bathrooms. The steampunk decor adds a lot a character and is well done. We made several meals and the kitchen, alhtough nothing fancy, is commercial grade and equipped with everything you need. Jason and Matt were welcoming and responsive to our needs when they came up. We would stay here again.

Awesome weekend trip !

Great location, the house is so spacious ! Jay is so nice and quick to respond. We had a slow drain in the kitchen sink and it’s fixed immediately. The path to the river is awesome. We are not far from town and close to many restaurants. Will stay here again. Thanks Jay for a great weekend !

Perfect location, amazing views, unique design and outstanding hospitality.

A true vacation, getaway or adventure starts before you arrive. The communication and responses I received through the booking process up to arrival was nothing less than outstanding. We booked the entire house for 18 ladies flying in from all over. Jason and Matt were very supportive of our needs. Everything was met with patience and kindness. We couldn’t believe the unique design of the house, in person compliments the online photos. Every guest that arrived commented on the unique layout and carefully picked decor. Matt was present upong arrival and made us feel so welcome. Willie the grounds keeper went above and beyond to support building fires and starting the grill. He was the unexpected surprise to make the weekend perfect. Jason the other owner checked in to ensure our stay was exceeding expectations. If you are looking for the perfect host, breathtaking views and a house with a unique touch to make your getaway perfect, hands down The Samuel O’ Reilly House is just that. Thank you Jason, Matt and Willie for having the perfect house that accompanied so many memories. I can’t wait to return!!

Fun and interesting house, perfect for large groups

The house was great for our party which included 5 families with small children. We stayed two nights and there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Matt came to welcome us and answer any questions we had to help us get settled in. Everyone liked the steampunk theme and the new Apple TVs. The location is perfect, extremely close to town and Cranmore mountain. The house was clean and well kept. Also, even though we moved some chairs to use at the dining table that ended up scratching the floors, they did not take the deposit and simply wanted to know what caused the issue so it could be avoided in the future. Overall we could not have had a better weekend!

Great for large families or groups and close to North Conway center

Great place for larger groups. The place had everything our group of 12 needed and we had room to spare. The kitchen is perfectly set up to be able to cook for a lot of people at once. There are plenty of spots for everyone to be able to relax after a day of skiing. The property is also very close to downtown North Conway. Jason and Matt were very easy to communicate with before our stay and during our stay they were quick to respond with any questions we had. We had a great family vacation and this beautiful property was definitely a large contributor to that.

Christmas week at O'Reilly House in North Conway

The house is beautifully situated on a bluff overlooking the Saco River. Downtown North Conway may be walkable (not in minus 15 temps, however). The house is spacious and well-appointed. Do not expect Victorian wallpaper decor, however. The walls are carefully painted in darker shades and the major furniture pieces (dining room/ breakfast tables with affixed stools) are not moveable. TV and internet are so up-to-date we had to ask kids how to work them. Gas stove is magnificent (restaurant quality). The wall-mounted wood templates brought in from a defunct foundry in Pennsylvania are very interesting reminders of the industrial foundations of our country. Watch your head in the dining room! Some of these pieces have also been imaginatively re-purposed as wash-stands, etc. Suggestions for owners: 1. Replace fridge with 2 larger ones that have intact door shelves. 2. See if kitchen can be made warmer, less draughty. 3- additional (moveable) chairs for people to use in TV room or ling room. 4- More hooks inside front door to hang coats, and maybe a boot/shoe rack in that area. 5- More (some) chairs (and maybe small tables) to use in the "Alexa room". We really only used it for New Year's Eve. **Matt and Jason were very hospitable and informative, and Willy was very responsive to all our needs (axe to split wood for the fire pit, fix drainage problem, etc)

Perfect Getaway

I stayed at the Samuel O'Reilly house for one night on 7/29. Our group of 14 people rented out the entire B&B for the night, and it was amazing! First, the owners Jason and Matthew were a dream to work with when we booked. We had lots of questions, and they were so responsive and helpful. Jason was there to meet us when we arrived, and gave us a tour of the house, which was recently renovated. The rooms, as well as the common areas, are clean, beautiful and uniquely decorated. Jason also got a fire going in the fire pit for us, which was a nice surprise. It takes a lot for 14 people to all be completely happy with one spot, but the Samuel O'Reilly House did just that. It truly was the perfect spot for our group. We're already planning next year's visit!
