Round Pond Maine - Charming apartment for 4 with AC, WiFi and ocean view.

The apartment is on the second floor of a newly constructed home on a dead-end road. It has a separate entrance with its own balcony. After ascending the stairs, you enter into an open kitchen, dining, living area. The glass sliding doors provide a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and a seating area on the terrace. There are many operable skylights which help with ventilation and provide lots of natural light.

The bathroom and washer/dryer are off the kitchen area opposite each other. Further down the hall outside the bedroom the space opens up into a TV area with books, puzzles and games available for our guests.

The bedroom has a queen bed, ample dresser and closet space. Extra linens, blankets, towels and beach towels are provided. There is also a TV area outside the bedroom where we added a queen sleeper sofa so that we can host more than 2 people.

It is the perfect place to unwind. Located in Round Pond, an idyllic mid-coast Maine fishing village.

The town center and dock are within walking distance, featuring a "penny" candy store, a coffee shop/wine bar and a local general store and pub.

There is much to explore within a short distance of Round Pond. Hiking trails, Damariscotta, the Pemaquid Peninsula and Boothbay to name a few.
