Private access to home inside a gated community with direct steps down to the beach! Please be aware there are two neighbors and a shared lower deck area near the steps to the beach.

Please treat this home as if it`s your own :) This is a family home and neighborhood, and our neighbors kindly allow us to list the property as a vacation rental. With that, we ask all of our guests to adhere to our house rules for their stay.

- Strict Quiet Hours 9pm - 8am. There are two elderly neighbors and keeping noise levels down during this time is essential for our home and guests.
- If you enjoy the beach, please wipe off/spray sand outside before entering the home and use tar removal kit for any tar.
- No parties or smoking at the home are tolerated
- ABSOLUTELY NO BONFIRES ALLOWED ON THE BEACH. This is a high fire zone.
- The right side of the common area deck in the backyard is the neighbors. Please stay on the left side where the stairs are. There is a nice round table available for your stay on the deck below.
- Any outside guests on the reservation are required to fill out a liability form.
- Pets - please clean up after your furry friends and we kindly ask no pets on the furniture! This may result in additional fees.
