The top-level suite includes a private living room, kitchen, and wraparound balconies.

The chef’s kitchen, complete with a 6-burner range and espresso machine, opens to bright, elegant living and dining spaces. French doors lead to multiple outdoor terraces and a private fire pit patio, perfect for evening relaxation. Additional guest rooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements, ideal for families or groups.

Perfect getaway for an extended family stay. I thought it might be a bit of a trek to get to downtown SB, but it really wasn’t. And Ubers were easy to book.

The house is GORGEOUS. Well stocked and beautifully decorated. The view is also spectacular. The only thing they didn’t have was a tea kettle, but they pretty much had everything else you could think of. Steamers, hair dryers, espresso machine….One warning is that it is located in a very steep and hilly area. It can be hard to find too. Once you get to the road, there will be an extremely steep road between some tress, and just keep heading up. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous views!

We spent a long weekend at the house and it was amazing! The views are spectacular, and the house was so well appointed. Lots of towels and linens, beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds. It was perfect!!

Beyond Expectations

This place exceeded all of our expectations. The photos online look great but seeing it in person was even better. Whether you want to relax inside or outside, you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend this house!

Excellent family home

First, the ability for our family to all get together was amazing. This house provided us the opportunity to all be together but have the ability to have our own space. We had a 18 month year old with us and while we brought some baby stuff with us (pack'n play, bibs, stroller) we were pleasantly surprised that they had other supplies for us that we were not expecting. That was amazing and truly consider this a family friendly home! We also loved the separation of one of the primary rooms upstairs that allowed us to have time to socialize without fear of waking up a sleeping baby. We can't recommend this house more.

Lovely home with great views

Home was beautiful. Lots of natural light. The upstairs unit with its own living room was perfect. Fabulous views! Nice big kitchen. Needed a few more detailed instructions such as for the fancy coffee maker but we followed YouTube instructions and it worked, and also instructions for the garbage. Checkout instructions said to take out garbage, but didn't indicate where and there were no outside garbage cans around the house.

Good but not great

We chose this house because it could accommodate 8 people (5 bedrooms). It has a large kitchen and living room. It was clean and well organized. It could use a refresh of the linens and towels and some of the fixtures are in need of repair. The views are good but the house is far from town on a winding road which is tough to navigate in the fog/clouds. There are MANY steps from the driveway to the front door, and many stairs inside. The outside path lights and exterior porch lights did not work. This made it difficult to find our way up to the house. The dining room lights also did not work. The property manager was responsive, but unable to fix it during our 4 night stay. The washer and dryer are not in the house, and are only accessible from outside down the unlit pathway, and are located in the garage. We could not get into the garage using the code provided, so there is basically no washer dryer. There are also many ants in the bathrooms and kitchen. For the price, we would not stay here again.
