Perfect for the summer to enjoy a romantic meal at a small table in the calm, a plant-filled courtyard is just outside the studio, away from the street. It is quiet and remains fresh during summer.

The Neighborhood:

One cannot dream of a better location with the choice of shops, restaurant and bars.

Many museums and historic places are nearby - Musée Beaubourg, Picasso, Place des Vosges, Ile Saint Louis, Notre Dame Cathedral. One finds a mix of cultural attractions, hype bars and night life, fancy clothes stores and traditional architecture. The “Seine” is 3 mn walking distance.

In summer, enjoy the “Paris plage” attraction when the Seine banks are transformed in sand beaches and cultural attractions (music, sports , events …).

The studio

The studio is on the ground floor (note: there are 4 steps to climb to access the apartment entrance door).

This beautifully designed 17m2 studio combines historic charm and modern luxury. Perfect for solo travelers or couples, the space is finished to the highest standard with comfort and elegance in every detail.

It has been fully redesigned by an architect in 2020. The architect chose to showcase the nice old stones of the thick walls contrasting with the oak parquet flooring. He has opened spaces that welcome more natural light into the studio.

It can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. It offers a comfortable sofa that converts into a generously sized bed.

The real kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine (no drier), and all the modern comfort, the studio ensures a seamless and stylish stay (rare for a Parisian studio).

The bathroom offers a modern shower, a sink, and a toilet.

Inside the atmosphere is calm, intimate and quietly luxurious with a bar at the center of your living space, connecting gracefully the kitchen to the living space.
