Black Bear Tower is a modern 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom cabin that sleeps up to 10 guests. Conveniently situated between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, it offers easy access to all the excitement while still providing a peaceful, private retreat—the perfect blend of serenity and convenience.

DOWNSTAIRS

-It features a 65" flat screen Roku TV, queen sleeper sofa, and a variety of games including Air Hockey, Shuffleboard, Foosball, and a selection of family board games suitable for guests of all ages.

SUPPLIES WE PROVIDE
For your convenience, a starter supply of essentials (including paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and hand soap) is provided. Please note that this is a basic starter pack, and you may need to bring or purchase additional items depending on the length of your stay and the number of guests. Linens and towels are also provided.

TRIP INSURANCE:
We highly recommend purchasing traveler's or trip insurance to protect your booking in case of unexpected events such as bad weather, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control that may lead to a cancellation. Some credit cards also include trip protection benefits, so it's worth checking with your provider to see what coverage may already be available to you.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request but must be approved in advance. We kindly ask that you honor these times to ensure the space is properly prepared for our next guests.

ACCESS CODE:
Your access code will be sent to you on the morning of your check-in date.

NO PETS ALLOWED:
We love our furry friends, but out of consideration of those with allergies, we do not allow pets.

NO SMOKING:
To ensure a clean and healthy space for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin and on the decks or front porch. If you need to smoke, please do so off the property and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

NO PARTIES:
To maintain a peaceful environment and respect our neighbors, parties are not permitted. Please keep noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

NATURE & WILDLIFE:
Our cabin is nestled in a forested mountain area, so you may encounter wildlife, insects, or other critters from time to time. While we have our cabin on a monthly pest control program that is performed by a certified and professional pest control company, we cannot guarantee a completely critter-free environment. Please avoid leaving food or trash outside, as it can attract wildlife, especially bears. Enjoy the natural surroundings, but please do so safely.

MOUNTAIN ROADS:
The cabin is located in a beautiful mountain setting, and while the roads are generally easy to navigate, please note that some sections can be a bit steep. A 4WD vehicle is only recommended during snowy conditions. Most guests have no trouble accessing the cabin year-round.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
For your safety, we have outdoor security cameras in place. Please do not tamper with or disable these devices.

MAX OCCUPANCY:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 10, and our driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Exceeding the registered guest count is a legal violation and may result in immediate eviction without refund.

NO OPEN FLAMES:
For safety reasons, open flames and candles are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
