Coastal inspired townhouse lives like a luxury stylish private home, in the heart of Pacific Beach and neighboring San Diego! Professionally designed surf inspired home. Open floorpan with tons of natural light. Large rooftop deck with ocean views. 4BLKS from the beach and Pier. 1BLK from Garnet, where you can find groceries, restaurants, shopping, fitness, coffee galore, and night life. Walk to everything. This home is located in the heart of PB, but lives like a charming private home!
Welcome to Rave Beach! You have picked an AMAZING spot in the heart of PB! A stylish retreat for your coastal adventures. One short block to main street Garnet, and Felspar St., which has beach access, surf shops, Bike rentals, and fancy beachfront dining!
This home is great for friends getaways, family vacations, or hosting your stay for local work commitments. This home is an open concept floorpan with tons of natural light.
**Parking Space** We offer private parking spot in carport area in front of garage. Access through alley. Spot is tight. Back in. Access property through back gate next to parking spot.
**Rooftop Deck** Access rooftop deck with ocean views from door on second floor hallway. Large deck for sunning on lounge chairs, entertaining in lounge area, or preparing dinner on the grill! Enjoy amazing sunset views and Seaworld fireworks in the summertime. This deck is great for relaxing, enjoying sunsets, and eating Alfresco under the stars.
**Beach/Fitness Gear** We got you covered. Our home provides thick beach towels for each guest. 6 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs. 2 Tommy Bahama 7' beach umbrellas. Cooler, rolling gear cart, 6 boogie boards, 2 foam surfboards, sand toys, paddle ball, frisbee, water football, and bocce ball. Sporting equipment includes, 2 tennis rackets and balls, 4 pickleball rackets and balls, soccer ball, football, 4 skateboards, 3 yoga mats, barbell weights, and kettle balls.
**Living Room** Open the french doors in the living room and smell the jasmine off the patio. The morning sun hits this area just right, and is my favorite spot to sip my morning espresso and soak up the rays. You can access the front yard and street from this private patio. This is a great area to come first after a day at the beach. Use the handheld shower to rinse off feet and sand toys or boards. Can store beach toys for the next days beach activities. The Smart TV and gas fireplace are ideal for cozy movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. The sofa can be used as a queen bed for extra guests if needed. 1/2 bath located off living area.
**Kitchen & Dining** Open concept on the first floor creates ideal space for entertaining and family gatherings. The large dining table has four chairs and a large bench that seats 2 large adults or 4 kids. Four counter stools at kitchen island provide space to dine, work, play games, or prepare a meal! The kitchen is outfitted with top of the line large and small appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked. Additional speciality appliances we have, mini food processor, waffle maker, large family size Instant pot, coffee bean grinder, french press, hot water kettle, and a Keurig coffee machine. We provide herbal teas, espresso, decaf, and regular roast coffee. Fresh mint, sage, and rosemary are growing out in front. Please feel free to pick and use for your culinary adventures!
**Bedrooms** Main room has king size bed. Palm room has queen size bed. Surf room has full bed with twin trundle underneath. All bedrooms are together located on the second floor. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Each bedroom has high-quality mattresses with hotel quality !00% cotton white linens. Pillows and duvets are alternative down products and hypoallergenic. For my down pillow lovers I have a down pillow in the closet of each bedroom. All mattresses, bedding, and pillows have protective encasements for added protection. Full length mirrors in the Primary and Palm rooms. Perfect for beach day prep or dinner out on Garnet! The Primary and Palm rooms both have the added luxury of ensuite bathrooms. The Primary has a large shower only bathroom, and the Palm has a shower/tub combo. These stocked with hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and large soft towels. Each room has i Phone chargers, noise machines, closet space, and suitcase stands to keep your belongings off the floor.
*Please Note* Surf room will have to use the Primary or Palm rooms to shower or bathe.
Primary bedroom has smart TV above desk perfect for in bed viewing. The Primary room also has a patio directly off room. Make a tea or fresh coffee from the coffee cart inside room and sit on the private balcony for a slow morning start. Cart includes tea kettle, cups, Keurig coffee maker, assorted herbal teas, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, honey, and stir sticks.
**Garage** Beach gear is located in the garage. Grage is accessed through side walkway towards the alley. Towels in the storage cabinet and gear is hung on the wall. I have 3 yoga mats and various free weights for your use. Full size mirror on wall. Guest have full access to garage.
**Walk to Everything** Because we are next to main street we do get a lot of foot traffic in front of home. We are in a lively area, however we are surrounded by homes with families, and young professionals. We do ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise down in the evenings.
Garnet Street This street has EVERYTHING. Here are some spots to check out on Garnet during your stay. 1 BLK walk to Sprouts with all your grocery essentials during your stay. Better Buzz Coffee less than 1 BLK just around the corner....so you are buzzed up all day! Check out Arbor skate shop for an artistic take on surf and skate culture, just a 2 block 3 min walk from our place. The BEST Drunken Noodle I have EVER had is from the hole in the wall Orient Thai Cafe, right next to 7 Eleven only 1 BLK from our home. Garnet has so much to offer. Restaurants, shopping, yoga, coffee, bars, and let's be honest....great people watching and soaking in the Pacific Beach Vibes!
Felspar Street What a great street in the heart of PB. Just a short 4 BLKS walk to beach access at end of Felspar. On the last block of Felspar you can find bike rentals, beach gear rentals, South Coast surf shop, Urban Outfitters, and Brandy Melville. At the end of Felspar you can also find the Tower 23 Hotel, beachside resort and restaurant. Grab daily brunch from 9-3pm or try the Fried Brussel Sprouts and the Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna! From the end of Felspar you can walk, bike, or skate the boardwalk, which is a 3.5 mile paved path that runs parallel to the beach. The boardwalk has a lively atmosphere and has great views of the ocean!

Beautiful home. Centrally located. Beach is right there. Clean. Bright. Slept very well on cozy beds. Easy spot to get to all there is to see in San Diego. Sunset Cliffs, La Jolla, Midway, Little Italy. Sunsets were phenomenal. Downtime on the roof was peaceful. Melanie was so very helpful in every way.

My townhouse is unique because it is walkable to everything PB has to offer, yet lives like a private beach bungalow. Super bright light and airy home. Unit is in front south facing and get great direct sunlight. Rooftop deck with 360 views of oceans and bay. Private primary room balcony and private side patio off living room. Open the the french doors and enjoy the breeze and the fresh smell of jasmine from the patio. The home was professionally decorated to epitomize the southern California surf and skate culture. Private garage with sporting and beach equipment. Private parking spot in covered carport behind garage.
