Spring Break

Pros: The home is very well furnished, clean and nice. The location is hard to beat and literally 1 block to the beach, and 1 block to the Blue Mountain Creamery and multiple restaurants. The private heated pool is great for morning and afternoon swims or just a break from the beach. The backyard is very private and lovely. The new Weber gas grill is very nice and works great. Since the home comes with a good cart and 4 bikes, you could actually get away with taking an Uber from Panama City airport or Destin airport and not renting a car. This option would work well if you did grocery delivery from Publix. Anywhere you need to go you can get to by golf cart. Cons (if you can call them that) The home does not come with any beach chairs or umbrellas, but they can be rented for $45 a day for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella at the Blue Mtn Beach access 1 block away. The problem with this is that they can only be set up in the very crowded beach access area so this does not lend itself to a quiet beach experience. If you have your own beach gear you can walk east from the house 1 or 2 public walkways down (2-3 blocks or 5 minutes) and have a much less crowded beach experience. The bathrooms and showers are a little dated with old school plastic walk in showers and older tile. Overall we would whole heartedly recommend this home to comfortably house 12-14 people, especially if 4-6 of those are children.

Family fun in Florida

This was a great house for our family of 10 including grandparents, parents, and grandkids. We could spread out in the house and backyard with its heated pool. Very short walk to the beach and bakery and smoothie shop. We had a wonderful Florida Christmas!

Great House, Awesome Location

Our family has been renting houses along 30A for close to 20 years and this one is among the best. We have four generations staying together and the kitchen, living space, back yard and pool were huge, well appointed and very comfortable. The two masters is a great set up, however it should be noted that the bunk room has no separate entry (must access through upstairs master). There is nothing lacking here and all amenities are fully functional. First time we've had a golf cart and that thing is awesome for shuttling people and gear back and forth to the beach. As for the beach, there are four public accesses within a golf cart ride (three within reasonable walking distance) which makes finding open space on the water very easy. Four bicycles are new and good quality beach bikes. We had a fairly major plumbing issue our second night (Sunday), and 360 Blue responded immediately, kept us updated as to when the maintenance tech would arrive to the minute. The 360 Blue Maintenance Crew tech (Brian) was courteous, professional and well equipped to diagnose and resolve the problem within an hour. Management followed up with an independent service tech the next day and kept communicating via text, phone and email. I also had a minor hiccup with the golf cart (did not receive the link to the key code) and got outstanding help from Sonya when I called; she stayed on the line for at least ten minutes and walked me through the steps until I was sure I got where I needed to be.

Excellent stay

We stayed for a week around Thanksgiving and could not have been more pleased with our experience. Great property in an ideal location, and management was always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Perfect Location & good size home

Great location close to the beach and golf cart was a great addition for short trips and for dropping off stuff and kids at the beach. A little odd setup with bunk room being attached to king room (we knew that when we booked so not a surprise). Outside hadn't appeared to be cleaned with cigarette butts everywhere and issue with trash not being picked up (it was overflowing when we arrived - think the problem was with people before us not necessarily with property) and contacted the management company who came themselves to fix the problem and took the trash that the disposal company didn't pick up until the next trash day. Would definitely stay again despite the minor issues which again we either cleaned up or the management company took care of for us.

Comfortable ++ dining/living/pool areas.

Quiet & relaxing. Comfortable and perfect main floor living room/dining room/kitchen with big (!) dining room table for family gathering - pictures were accurate- great space for a party of 10+ to visit & relax. With paid heat, pool warm enough for littles to swim comfortably. Outdoor shower with great hot water. Very short walk to beach.

Great house and location

Just wish we had a notification for the men that came to change out battery in golf cart and the man that cleaned the pool . Did not know if they were legit. Just a heads up . That is why I gave it 3 stars on communication with property manager. VERY NICE PLACE AND LOCATION!

Very nice property - 360 Blue management needs to improve - pool issue

The property itself was very nice and the photos were accurate except for the fact that sign on fireplace said that it was not for use by renter. For the most part 360 Blue management was good --- they brought us extra linens that were missing within 2 hours of our call to them and replaced a non-working vacuum cleaner the next day with new one. We also had a problem with garbage disposal that they attended to the next day. Our one BIG issue with our experience was the condition of the pool. it was in obvious need of cleaning and chemicals upon arrival and we reported it and were told it would be serviced. IT SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN IN THAT CONDITION AND THIS WAS A SIGNIFICANT FLAW IN 360 BLUE'S CHECK-IN/ CLEANING PROTOCOL. In spite of a follow up complaint it was still not serviced as of Wednesday (and we were incorrectly told by 360 Blue that it had been serviced on Tuesday). Due to condition we could no Longer use the pool Wednesday afternoon, Thursday, or Friday Morning when they finally got someone out to service it. Had it not been for the pool issue and that fact that the Property Manager never returned a call from me this would have been a 5 star review, as it was I give the overall a 3.5. One last item that may impact some guests: - be aware that there are 42 stairs to the 3rd floor bedroom a couple of dozen stairs to access the beach over the dunes. The golf cart made transporting things to the beach area very easy but one still has the beach stairs to carry coolers, etc.. -- and there is very limited parking for golf cart in the beach area.

Great neighborhood and beach access but a few maintenance issues

Really enjoyed the neighborhood and multiple beach access points that are within walking distance. Bikes and golf cart were great features too. House layout was great for extended family; however, there were a few maintenance issues that impacted our stay. The pool heater stopped working mid-way through our stay, the door handle on the main door to the pool became detached from the door, and a sub-contractor showed up unannounced to clean the pool. The management company was quick to resolve the various issues but having to call them multiple times throughout our stay detracted from our family vacation.

Spring Break Getaway

Overall the place fit our needs perfectly. We had 2 separate families stay and there was more than enough room and sleeping areas. The rooms could have been arranged for sleeping a little differently. Pool and backyard area were great. Location was fantastic.

Property management company was terrible

The property itself was great but we had many issues with the management company. The first evening we were there we had a third party contractor just walk into our home using the code on the front door without any prior knowledge. We had to call 3 times to have the pool heater turned on - after we had paid for each day in advance. The internet system and TV’s were down for at least the first 24 hours we were there. We will never stay with a 360 property again.

2020 Family Vacation

There were 12 of us from ranging from 8 months to 63. We all had a wonderful time. Close walk to the beach and the pool was great! House was large and beautiful with lots of beds.

Thanksgiving 2019 Stay

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week with our extended family at Savasana in Blue Mountain Beach. The layout was great in accommodating three generations, with enough space and several living/sitting areas that prevented everyone from being on top of each other. The kids loved the heated pool, the adults loved the well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious en suite bathrooms, complimentary bikes, and everyone loved the short walk to the public beach access. Thanks for letting us use the home to make great memories!

August 2019 Stay

Family from Mobile, Crestview, Orlando and Los Angeles all gathered together for a long overdue reunion. We were a full house with five under five - all those toddlers made the most of the pool. The adults truly appreciated the automatic beep on the pool door - a great safety feature. The huge, open living room proved to be ideal for gathering and laughing and this was one of the best stocked kitchens I've ever had - excellent knives! We loved the proximity to the beach and the bikes - be sure to ride down to Seaside to visit Sundog Books and Modica Market. Our only suggestion would be for a little more care with cleaning before guests check in - especially the couches - and maybe a stand fan for the bunk room, it seemed to lack the air other rooms got during the hot weekend. Oh, and anyone staying in the loft, prepare for the stairs - but the view is so worth it!

Great place for family beach trip

Our family of 11 had a blast staying at Blue Mountain Beach. The house was very spacious, comfortable and the close proximity to the beach made our walks with beach gear and babies super easy. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool day and night. Be sure to bring your own beach gear, house doesnt provide that, but really nothing at all to complain about. Thanks for sharing your home with us! Hope to return soon!!

August 2019 Stay

Our family of 11 loved our stay! The house was super comfortable and spacious - perfect for adults and young children. It was a quick easy trip to the beach, even toting beach gear and babies, although we would recommend bringing a wagon to haul your gear. The pool was great for early morning and evening swims (gets a little hot during the summer afternoons). Linens were nice, beds really comfy and kitchen well appointed. Overall a wonderful trip and we appreciate your sharing your home with us!
