The property is very clean and well taking care of. Located in the center of Peak 8, close to just about everything. Plenty of linens and towels.

JULY 2026 Our family of four stayed in the house for six nights in July 2026, and it was fantastic! Each morning, we enjoyed coffee on the back porch. The kitchen was well-stocked and organized with everything we needed: pots, pans, utensils, dishes, silverware, mugs, and a wide variety of seasonings in the cabinet. The location was convenient, just a five-minute drive from Main Street in Breckenridge. We could also walk out the back door and hike on the trails behind the house. Our son even spotted a moose during our first hour there, and my husband saw a fox behind the house the next morning. The house was very clean, and we would definitely stay here again!

The house was well apportioned, clean, and even better than the great pictures. The Breck bus stop is 3 minutes from the house and only a 6 minute ride to the ski area.

The home was very nice and well stocked with appliances and kitchen ware. We did report a gas leak which happened on 2 separate days which required us to open doors and windows.

We’re happy to confirm that the issue has now been fully resolved/repaired. Already notified property manager, bar stool in kitchen needs to be replaced as it is not safe. Some of the soap bottles in bathrooms did not dispense and had to remove pumps. Other than those minor things, great place

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The location was convenient, and the home had plenty of space and everything we needed to feel comfortable.
