Kick back and relax amid exceptional artistic architectural flair & inspired design of this cozy, modern, central Boulder work of art. This home is tucked up against the flatirons with trailheads just out the back door and is an ideal basecamp to explore all that Boulder and Colorado have to offer.
Speaking of the outdoors - throw open the wide sliders and soak it all in - this home is made for indoor/outdoor living. Pick fresh tomatoes or herbs from the garden. Enjoy the hot tub while the firepit glows, or wind the day with dinner under the stars. Inside, enjoy a cozy evening in front of the fireplace while sipping a lil' something from our fully stocked bar.
3 full sized bedrooms, and chef's kitchen with all the bells and whistles, super speedy wi-fi, really comfy beds and 2 very lovey cats that you get to enjoy without having to change litter or feed (the house assistant comes 1x week to do all of that.) (Yes - must love cats!) We are centrally located in Newlands - just steps away from N Boulder Park, local shops, hiking trails, and Pearl Street, our downtown Boulder pedestrian mall.

This neighborhood has it all - a quiet tree lined street with awesome neighbors, Ideal Market ( a mini - Whole Foods) is less than 1/2 mile away, as is the Boulder Medical Center. The Goat Trail which leads up to Sanitas is right out my backdoor, and Lime Scooters, the Bus, and E-Bikes are everywhere!
