I loved this stunning home, and I was very impressed! Perfectly situated at the end of a cul-de-sac! It had every amenity that you could possibly need! The beds were incredibly comfortable! Everything was so clean and smelled refreshing! Beautifully decorated throughout! Wonderful unobstructed views of the beach from the large top deck of the house! Loved the HUGE outdoor space underneath the house, with the pool and hot tub!!! And the fenced in secured backyard was a huge plus for my two sweet fur babies!!!

The views from the balcony were wonderful for both sunrises and sunsets. The house is amazing – large rooms, and plenty of spaces for guests to sleep. The elevator was a huge help loading and unloading. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and tools. We had a wonderful time!

This house was beautiful, large and clean. Having so many grandkids with us the bunk room was a huge success along with the hot tub since pool was too cold. House had plenty of supplies, I thought we would need to replenish but we didn't. Elevator was so helpful just wished it went to next floor LOL. We did have a issue with the thermostat after power flickered but they came and fixed it very quickly. The only issue was understanding how to do heat in hot tub and some of the smart devices challenged us but we got it figured out. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous house with us.

This house is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room for a large family. The location of the house is awesome as well. You are right next to the beach access which is very convenient. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year to visit this specific home and it was better than ever! Only one issue was the nearby boardwalk was being reconstructed and we had to walk down to the next one, which was not the owners fault. I highly recommend this rental. The home is absolutely beautiful with many special details.

The house is clean and well maintained. Cobb Real Estate was friendly and easy to work with! Best family vacation!

The hot tub was not working and the gas grill was in bad shape and not working. When you pay that type of money for three days you’d expect those issues to be addressed or at least some kind of compensation. I was told they would have to close their books out for the year to determine any amount of compensation. Sadly I’ve rented from the management company for years with no issues.
