Beach Hanson is a brand new 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home in the prestigious neighborhood of Sandy Shores. This beach cabin comes fully equipped with linen, pots/pans, WIFI, smart televisions and more. The house accommodates 22 people. The master suite also offers a luxurious romantic flair which consists of a private rain shower and "soaker tub" right next the to master bed. The home has three sets of queen-sized built-in bunk rooms. The outdoor entertainment area includes a spacious private pool with hot tub. Perfect for a large family, the area also has multiple seating areas - a 12-foot dining table, oversized covered picnic table and a custom outdoor sectional that sits right in front of a custom gas fire pit. Overall, the house offers a many high end amenities: two decks with table and chairs, private bathrooms in each bedrooms and an elevator lift.

This is such a great spot for a large group! The beach is walking distance, and the large backyard is great for games and grilling. The pool is a great way to cool off from a long day in the sun! I would definitely recommend!

Amazing house!

Perfect floor plan. Having a bathroom in all rooms was very accommodating. All beds had new sheets and the house was super clean. Very nice having the pool and hot tub. It was a perfect stay!

Beautiful home with lots of bathrooms!

We loved staying at this home for our beach weekend - it sleeps a lot of people but also has a bathroom for every bedroom! Great spot with an amazing pool that would be an excellent spot for your next gathering! We had a minor issue and the owner was really responsive and took care of it immediately.

VYW's 80th Birthday Party

Everything was great from smores by the u shaped fire pit, to swimming and chilling in the pool jacuzzi. We even watched the game by the jacuzzi! Hanson 1 is a beautiful getaway spot. We will be getting another spot to vacation. Thanks Mr Hanson!!

Mothers Day Weekend

We were the first group to stay in this house, and we had 3 different families staying there. There was plenty of room to spread out as well as give some room for the children to play. The house location was just off the beach and is a quick walk or cart ride. I would recommend this place to friends or family.

Awesome!

This place is amazing! We had a family reunion with lots of kids ranging from 1-17 and the pool and hot tub kept them busy when we weren’t at the beach which is less than a block away. Such a nice modern place so many bathrooms and all the bells and whistles. Gerald is an amazing host and was very quick to respond to any questions. 100% would recommend this place to anyone. We’ll definitely be back!

Great family vaca place!

Our family of 25 (from 5 different states) had a great week gathering together here at Crystal beach! Gerald was a great host and very prompt with any questions or concerns. Loved have the swimming pool under the house for all to get out of the sun during the day for a break. Also enjoyed renting the golf cart to cart people and stuff down to the beach! Although such a great location and so close to the beach that there was lots of some of us would walk too- especially for sunrises. Will definitely recoMmend to friends and keep in mind if we vacation again in Crystal beach!

Amazing Property

Excellent. Upstairs was great - 4 large bedrooms and 4 baths. Main floor was open with large master bedroom. Downstairs- pool and hot tub, lots of space to entertain. Elevator made things much easier. Golf cart was nice addition ( extra $, but more convenient than renting elsewhere). Our host was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back, may try another of the properties he has available. Awesome time.

Wonderful Memories

We had a great girls’ weekend with all the aunts & cousins. The kitchen is a little hard to cook in for that many people, but it definitely needs some oven mitts and kitchen towels! We burned our hand. It would also be nice to have the travel size soap, shampoo, lotion provided like at hotels. And a binder would be handy to tell you about the hot tub & spraying for bugs, etc. Gerald does a fantastic job telling you those things over the phone but then you have to remember them!!! 😆

Beautiful house inside and out

The stay was great, plenty of room, walking distance to the beach. Gerald Hanson the owner provides a great renter's experience. If you have a question, he responds so quickly with either a phone call or a text message. He sincerely cares about the people who are staying at his properties and wants to make sure that they are enjoying their stay and that the accommodations are up to their standards. He goes above and beyond. Things to bring to the house, Food, drinks, beach towels, tailgating/beach type chairs, garbage bags, paper towels. Other than those items you will be all set for a great stay at the Beach Hanson house. I hope we can return sometime soon. Thanks Gerald Hanson for all that you do. It was very much appreciated by us.

Excellent communication

Mr. Hanson was available before and throughout our stay via email, text & phone calls. The property was perfect for our family. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub, pool, & golf cart.

Amazing Property

Stayed here for a family reunion. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Beds were very comfortable. Super easy beach access right down the road. Pool and hot tub were incredible. We would definitely stay here again.
