This villa is located in West Beach village and a quick walk(5-7 minutes) or bike ride (2-3 minutes) to the 10 miles of beach. Enjoy privacy while sitting on the upstairs deck viewing the wildlife. The Fairway Oaks Villas are located adjacent to the Cougar Point Golf Course (one of the five destination courses) which hosts the fabulous restaurant, The Ryder Cup Bar. Our villa is set up like a townhome so there will only be you above and below. The first floor consists of three bedrooms. A king bedroom that is connected by a bathroom to a twin bedroom. There is another twin bedroom that has access to a full bath. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. The upstairs has another bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are all open to each other. There is brand new furniture and a 75" Smart Samsung television and the kitchen is state of the art with all the supplies you would need to create a top notch meal. The dining table can easily seat eight and there is an extension leaf available if you would need more space. This villa is equipped with high speed internet and all smart televisions.
