Check-in/Check-out
* Your assigned digit code will activate at 4 p.m and will be deactivated at checkout at 11 a.m. After 11 a.m., you will be subject to a $10 late fee per minute after 10 minutes. The maximum occupancy is 6. If you have more than 6 people staying overnight, an additional charge of $ 100 per person per night will apply.

PARKING
* Please be aware that you may see many tenants breaking this rule but for the safety of your vehicle and to keep you from incurring any tickets. Please park in the driveway, the garage, or the secondary designated parking space at the back of the property, down the hill.
* The community is secure and although there is surveillance, please do not leave your valuables in your vehicle. The property owner or host will not be liable for any items left in your vehicle.
* Please make sure you return the garage door opener at the end of your stay. If the garage door opener is not returned you will incur a $100 replacement fee.

House Rules
* There is 🚭 No smoking inside or outside this property. Violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the premises. And will incur a cleaning fee of $250 and there may be additional charges resulting from damage.
* No pets of any kind. This is a new property and we’d like to keep it clean and free from animals. If you break this rule and there is visible evidence of a pet you will be reported to -------- immediately and asked to leave immediately, and you will be charged a $250 plus additional fees for any damages or additional cleaning.
* A noise ordinance has been established by our HOA from 10pm to 7am on weekends/weekdays.
* This property does not allow any parties or hosting of any events. If it appears that you have broken this rule you will be reported to -------- and asked to leave the property immediately. You will also be charged an additional cleaning fee and/or damages.
* No eating/drinking except water on the third floor. Please respect our wishes. If the presence of food or drinks is discovered during cleaning, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
