Beautiful private home with fenced yard located in the gated Sun City Del Webb community of Palm Desert, California. Enjoy stunning mountain views and easy access to nearby hiking trails and scenic oases. The secure community offers a peaceful lifestyle with restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores just minutes away—easily reachable by bike or a short drive.

The space:

The house features a spacious open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen, along with a serene, private backyard perfect for relaxing. A comfortable guest bedroom will be available for the housesitter, complete with a queen bed, TV, dresser, and access to a hall closet for hanging clothes.

Bicycles are available for use in the garage.

There are two non-covered driveway parking spots.

Guest access:

The community has a beautiful golf course (paid) and community pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a gym, a fishing pond, a putting green, and more. Guests will pre-arrange amenity access with me after booking.

This is my personal home that I rent while I travel so there will be some personal items left on site.

I also have an indoor cat who lives on site, and the guest would need to be comfortable with that and able to assist in light pet-sitting duties (mainly feeding the cat daily). The rate as shown is reduced and reflective of this arrangement.

Other things to note:

My home is in the 55 + aged community of Sun City and is best for mature singles or a couple.

Again, there is a cat on site and our rate is less than other homes in the area to reflect this exchange.
