Summary:
Welcome to this cozy coastal escape in the heart of Hillcrest, San Diego. As soon as you walk through the front door, you will immediately fall in love with the stylish furnishings, helpful amenities, and very walkable location. You're just a hop, skip, or jump away from all that Hillcrest, and San Diego have to offer. Property highlights include brand new TVs w/ Netflix; air conditioning; full kitchen; in-unit washer/dryer; gorgeous bathroom; high-speed wifi; dining table; and more.
The Space:
This property sleeps up to 4 people. There is a king size bed and queen size pullout sofa sleeper.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment and the communal patio seating at the back of the property.
The Neighborhood:
Hillcrest is known as one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in San Diego and the center of city life. From for its bustling restaurants and nightlife to fun shops and events, it truly has something for everyone. You can also walk, bike, or drive to nearby Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, Little Italy, North Park, downtown, the beach, the airport, and more.
Getting Around:
This property is centrally located in fabulous Hillcrest and is just a short walk to fantastic retail, restaurant, grocery store and nightlife options. It is within a 10 minute drive to Little Italy, Downtown, Mission Valley, and the airport and just a 15 minute drive to the beach. Conveniently located between the 5, 8, and 163 highways, it offers quick access to major transportation routes. Guests may park on the street or at nearby paid parking.
Other Things to Note:
A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable.
*Late check-out requests must be submitted and approved at least 24 hours prior to checkout date and time.
*To ensure that our cleaners start on time, unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $250 fee, as our cleaners charge us for delays.
