About this space
This is a cozy and modern 3 bedroom 2 bath house with all you need for a comfortable Austin stay, just a 5 to 20 minute walk to Austin hotspots. Recently built, nestled in a big back yard and a quite neighborhood, with modern touches like a big screen projector, open concept living room and fully stocked kitchen, beautiful bathroom with marble walls, and washer/dryer. A perfect spot for business travelers, families, or small groups of friends.

With 3 bedrooms and 6 beds, this home provides ample space for your group's comfort and convenience.
• Downstairs Bedroom: 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed
• Bedroom #2: 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed
• Bedroom #3: 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed
The house has a fully stocked kitchen, a big projector that casts an 80" picture on the wall (great for movie night), and a dining table that fits 8-10 people. For modern convenience the casita has a full washer/dryer, G-fiber internet (500 mbps) and there is a Level 2 EV charging station down the block! Step outside into the beautifully landscaped shared backyard adorned with modern touches, green spaces, and a private front porch.
Situated at the back of our property, the house shares a walkway with other guesthouses, yet it remains completely private.
