Amazing stay!

This property was beautiful and the entire stay went flawlessly. The property manager was very helpful throughout the entire process, and they also gave us our privacy which we value. I would highly recommend this property!

Great Location

We hosted a work retreat here over a weekend. The location was excellent and Hannah took care of all of our requests. The back yard was perfect for relaxing- super quiet, and incredible lake views.

Amazing Property - Perfect for Group Outings

Loved staying at this property. The backyard and views alone are worth the rental but they have a lot of touches to make it a memorable vacation. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Beautiful spacious house

This house was incredible! For having such a large group it accommodated all of us. We had a blast and it was great having our own beach on lake Austin. Plus Ski Shores cafe is right next door!

Loved the house

Great house. Beautiful setting in yard with the pool, lights and lake view. Music was easy to get working! House manager was prompt to respond.Small area on lake with a boundary which made swimming in the lake safe for the kids. Also, allowed for easy parking of jet skis.Being a 2min walk to Ski Shores is a big plus. Such a cool spot to grab a bite and a drink.We would book again!

Austin Lake House

The home is beautiful.There was plenty of room for our family. We loved watching the swans swim by from the swimming pool during the day and soaking in the hot tub at night. It was the perfect home for our long weekend.

Amazing Lake House

Enjoyed our stay from beginning to end , beautiful home beautiful neighborhood, would definitely recommend property for a family and friends trip , very spacious and comfortable, didn’t have an issue communicating with property manager . Fast and easy check in , definitely worth the price !!

Incredible property, great stay!

This was an amazing house! The property had everything we needed, kitchen was beautiful, tons of space, and the backyard lakefront views were incredible to wake up to. Hannah was super helpful and was there for me at the last minute when I needed her. Great property and management! We'll definitely be back.

Austin Weekend Getaway

Pictures do not do this property justice. It is absolutely stunning! Between the view from the pool and spacious living conditions, this is one of the best houses Austin has to offer. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a weekend getaway close to the water and just outside of the city.

Week night getaway

I booked this home for a one night stay for a friends birthday. It did not disappoint! The kitchen was incredible and perfect for hosting a large party for dinner. Home was clean and neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely be coming back this summer for some pool and lake fun!

The property was amazing, perfect to host a gathering of adults and exactly as advertised.

It went well, Hannah was very pleasant and any issues that arose were dealt with in a timely manner. Some of the appliances could use updating, however.

Family get together

What a fun place! Backyard was absolutely incredible and perfect for our large group! So sad we can't come back during the summer months, as that would be prime time to enjoy this home! Being on the lake was so beautiful and peaceful though. Hottub was much appreciated and needed! Overall great experience!

Great Home for Family Reunion

We loved our stay at the house for our family reunion. We had a range of ages from toddlers to grandparents with us and everyone had a great time. The kids really enjoyed the ping pong, pool table and darts. The adults enjoyed having the kids have their own sections of the house so we could have adult fun. Hannah was so easy to work with and made our stay special. She helped us with restaurant suggestions and things to do in the area. The outdoor area was beautiful and we can't wait to celebrate there again in two years for the next reunion.

Wonderful house for family reunion!

Rented this house for family group of 19. House is very spacious and as pictured. Beds were comfortable. Backyard was a great place to hang out and the pool was wonderful, cool and clean! Up the road is access to Emma Long hiking trail, you can hike in mostly shade for many miles. River is busy and if you rent a boat (as we did) you need someone with real boat experience (we had him) to deal with traffic and wake at the dock to load / unload quickly.

House is beautiful, parking is an issue, house sleeps 16 comfortably. The day before you arrive they ask if you need air mattress. I love to cook and I was disappointed with the cooking utensils and serving wear. The dishes are a good quality. If you are planning a party or planing on cooking you will need to bring your own plates and nice bowls for serving. The yard has a lot of bugs so bring a insent killer. Cutter has a good spray.

Lake Life Rocks!

We recently rented this property with three other families, including children ranging from 5-12 years in age. Upon arrival, we were all impressed with the large outdoor space which included: direct lake access, sandy beach for playing, a basketball court and a nice grill setup. The location could not be better as the home sits on a picturesque and quiet part of the lake, but a quick boat or car ride into town. Given that we had such a large group, we enjoyed all of the amenities of the home which included two kitchens, a bunk room, king and queen accommodations with en suite bathrooms and even a guest house and blow up mattresses for overflow sleepers. The house was well stocked with kitchen equipment, paper goods, beach towels, etc…and we were greeted with a bottle of a local Austin vodka that helped us quickly ease into vacation mode. Our main priority for the few days we were in town was to spend time on the lake with our children. Hannah helped us with boat rentals and we were able to have our group picked up right on the dock for days of tubing and wake surfing. The sheer size of the home is impressive. The communal and bedroom areas made it easy for a group of our size (20 people) to be able to relax and enjoy a fun few days on the lake!
