The space:
You have the whole home to yourself! This house features 2 bedrooms and 3 beds, comfortably accommodating your group. Relax in the primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a 32 inch TV, or gather in the living room for entertainment on the 55-inch TV. The second bedroom offers two full-size beds, perfect for families or friends.

Step outside and enjoy the front or backyard, surrounded by mature trees for a peaceful ambiance. While not fully fenced, there's ample space to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.

Guest access:
All of the property is accessible to guests except for the unfinished basement and Shed. We'll keep the unfinished basement closed and locked for your safety.

We provide basic necessities and a starter set of toiletries to get you settled. For longer stays, please plan to bring any additional supplies you may require.

***There is an OUTDOOR CAMERA facing the parking lot for your safety and privacy.

Other things to note:
Please bring your own logins to access content on the Smart Roku TVs located in the main living room and in the master bedroom.

If you're visiting between November - March, please expect SNOW.

Built in the early 1900s, we've updated many aspects for modern living, but the property still retains its original character and feel.
