🔸Enter the home with no steps. On the main level, you have one bedroom (king bed), two 1/2 bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, dining, and two living rooms, as well as direct access to the deck from the kitchen.
🔹 The upper level has four bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
🔸The lower level is unfinished but clean and dry. It hosts the gym, ping pong, and two arcade games, couches, and 70" smart TV

🔹Upon entering, you'll see a game room to your left w/ a 70" Smart TV
🔸A few steps away is the family room, which connects to the kitchen and has a wood-burning fireplace. The open concept allows you to interact with those in the kitchen & dining area while in the living room - perfect for large groups or families to mingle
🔹Food lovers will appreciate our fully stocked kitchen w/ a large island, barstool seating, granite countertops, & stainless steel appliances
🔸After brewing your complimentary coffee or heating some tea, step outside onto the private deck overlooking the backyard and pool.
🔹Soak in the privacy from the sauna, hot tub, pool, or outdoor furniture. Lounge in the shade. And while you're outside, enjoy the games, fire pit, and gas grill. The pool is CLOSED September 29th, 2025 and will reopen on May 15, 2026.
🔸After a day full of play, rest easy on the main level with one bedroom (1 king) and two 1/2 bathrooms. The upper level has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
🔹Get down to business away from the entertainment at the dedicated workspace in the bunk bed room (bedroom 5)
🔸Make yourself at home with our washer and dryer - detergent is free
🔹Outside the beauty of our home, the neighborhood is very walkable and quiet. There are 3 nice parks within a short walk.

The Neighborhood:
A quiet, upscale, and family orientated neighborhood close to a park, and all things Madison related.
Getting Around:
Vehicle will be your best form of transportation.
Other Things to Note:
🔹 Two pets maximum per stay (A pet fee will apply). But pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub.
🔸 Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather or personal emergencies. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. If this is a concern of yours, there's travel insurance for your stay through the booking platform.
🔹 Before your arrival, we kindly ask that you complete a quick guest verification through our trusted third-party provider, Guesty. This request is within the guidelines of this platform's terms and conditions, and helps us ensure a safe experience for our guests, and our properties are kept in great condition. It only takes about 2 minutes to complete.
