We came here with our two teens for a Christmas vacation. We arrived the day after Xmas and stayed the week. The weather did get cold but with the view and indoor swimming it was still a great beach vacation! Beds super comfortable and everything was very nice.

Well stocked kitchen, so you could cook if you wished. Jets in the jacuzzi tub didn’t work, which was disappointing. Place was tidy, but floors and windows could have been cleaner. We had to pull pillows from the living room furniture for the king bed which only had 2 very flat pillows.

This is a beautifully remodeled condo facing direct south toward the gulf. You’re on the14th floor directly above the lazy river. You can still hear the laughter below which we enjoyed! The sunsets were hard to see from the balcony, but visible between 2 high rises to the west. The host responded very quickly when we arrived to the sound of smoke detector chirping. Indoor heated pool is huge! Lazy River was fun but the water is cold. We still enjoyed it but posting so you’re aware!We recommend you bring bed pillows if you can!Loved having an extra bathroom. Would book this place again!

Reviewer Comments: The condo was exactly as pictured and was very neat and clean when we arrived, which we really appreciated.That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced, as it was not very comfortable. The bed pillows also need updating — we ended up purchasing four during our trip. The sheets were not great quality and could definitely be upgraded. Additionally, the couch and chairs would benefit from a thorough cleaning.

The pans definitely need a upgrade they were nearly impossible to cook on and make sure you bring plenty of backup toiletries and dish soap if you plan on using any dishes. There was very little communication with anyone besides an email when it was time to check in. Very little things to do before checkout.

The location couldn’t have been better just steps from the sand with beautiful views from the balcony. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The beach wasn’t overcrowded, which made it feel even more special. Check-in was simple, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’ve stayed in a few places along the coast, and this one definitely stood out. We’re already talking about coming back!

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained the unit was. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it easy to cook meals when we didn’t feel like going out. Both bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. we all slept great.The best part was the view. The balcony overlooked the Gulf, and we spent every morning with coffee watching the waves and every evening enjoying the sunset. The beach access was quick and easy, just steps away from the building, which made it simple to come and go with kids and beach gear.The building itself was quiet, well kept, and felt safe. Parking was easy, and check-in instructions were clear and hassle free. We had no issues during our stay, and communication with the host was fast and helpful when we had questions before arrival.Overall, this was one of the smoothest and most enjoyable beach trips we’ve had. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again the next time we’re in Orange Beach.

The condo unit was so lovely! The decor is very warm, cozy beach vibe! Felt like home. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the variety of patio furniture was fantastic. I requested some extra pillows upon our arrival since there were just two on the king bed, and I messaged the host and he had them delivered the very next morning! Awesome response time and very friendly! First time staying in Phoenix Orange Beach II! Property was beautiful and well maintained. The lazy river, water slide, and zero entry outdoor pool were very loved by our kiddos! The indoor pool was very nice too for the rainy days as well. The only “negative” about the property was the security guards asking to see our wristbands quite a bit. While we understand that they want to ensure only OB2 guests are there, it got a bit overwhelming and slightly annoying having them ask to see our bands every-time we were trying to enjoy the pool areas. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a gorgeous unit! Can’t go wrong!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with most kitchen essentials, and the washer and dryer were a great bonus. The amenities were fantastic — we loved the lazy river, indoor pool, hot tub, and the easy beach access. Check-in and check-out were simple and not intrusive at all. Love, love, love this place and we will definitely be back!
