Phoenix West es uno de los condominios más lujosos del Golfo. Puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del golfo desde el balcón o por las ventanas del piso al techo de la unidad. Con más de 1,950 pies cuadrados, la unidad es muy espaciosa y recientemente amueblada.



Las comodidades son abundantes en este condominio recientemente renovado de Phoenix West: la unidad está equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, minibar con máquina de hielo, televisión de alta definición SMART HDTV de pantalla plana de 65 "en la sala de estar con televisores de 42" en las habitaciones, lavandería con lavadora grande y secadora. Hay una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal, dos camas queen en el segundo dormitorio y una cama queen en el dormitorio tercero. También hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar en caso de que necesite más espacio. También tenemos los condominios de 3 habitaciones en ambos lados de esta habitación en caso de que necesite más de una habitación.



Hay un río lento, tobogán acuático, piscina al aire libre con piscina para niños cercada, piscina climatizada en la puerta, dos jacuzzis, gimnasio de última generación, 4 saunas y canchas de tenis en la azotea.



Hay un límite de edad mínima de 25 años para reservar la unidad que se aplicará sin reembolso por violación.

The condo was beautiful and the amenities at the location were in top condition - the indoor heated pool, the jacuzzi, the lazy river, and the beach area. Everything was clean and secure. The view was outstanding.

The beach view was awesome. This property is way up high so if you want more sand and surf feeling it might be a bit off.Was a bit disappointed in what was supplied in this unit however. We had 1 very small roll of papertowels...1 toilet paper in each bath that were not full rolls and some packets of dishwasher soap. There was no liquid dish soap and very few dish cloths. As for food supplies the only thing in this unit was some coffee filters. We had to run around and find other family units that had salt and pepper. We ended up going to the local Publix to pick up the supplies that were needed for a 2 day stay. The unit itself was nice....but be aware that you will need to either bring stuff with you or spend time shopping. On the positive side....there were amble bath towels and they did supply some shampoo and body wash products. There was plenty of dishes and glasses. A bit lean on the cooking utinsels but we made due and ended up buying premade food instead of cooking in the unit. Went to several breakfast spots that were very nice. Our favorite is the Gulf. Great grouper sandwich. All in all it was good time. Kids enjoyed the lazy river and the beach.

My family and I loved everything about our stay. The condo was beautiful, spacious and cozy. The view of the beach was gorgeous. The water was the clearest I’ve ever seen it. It was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. There was construction going on around the lazy river, which was a little nerve wracking at first, but it was fine. The workers were professional. We loved our stay here and plan to be back in the future.

There were 3 adults and 4 children(2 teens, one 8 yr old and a baby)and greatly appreciated the 3 1/2bathrooms that this condo provided. The condo was clean and well maintained. My only real complaint was that the dryer took 3 hours to dry a load of towel!

Beautiful place, great location. Unfortunately, there is no way to get in touch with anyone to take care of any issues that arise. I attempted to contact the host several times wirh no response. We tried the front desk and they said the unit was managed by a different company. The bed linens were disgusting with dried snot and blood on them. The coffee pot was dirty. It really was a shame because the unit is beautiful.

Could not hear into other rooms like hotels which is a plus. The only complaint I have is with the older security guard that would stand at the pool gate if one person in your party didn’t have a wrist band on he would through a fit even if it was a kid. But he wouldn’t stand guard at his post very long until he had to go smoke.

Great location, perfect space

Really enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach and this condo worked out perfectly. Loved the easy access to the beach, the lazy river was also great. Good location with lots of options to eat nearby. Had no issues with the elevators whatsoever. Amazing views from the condo.

Very nice but missing essentials

Condo was ver nice and clean and we enjoyed the location and beach view, however when you have to make trip to Walmart on your vacation mid week because there’s no toilet paper, paper towels or dishwasher soap or dishwashing soap of any kind is a little ridiculous and definitely disappointed me extremely! I have been renting condo’s for thirty years and have never had to go out and purchase essentials that should have been supplied!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at a condo. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this location and would stay again. We loved the lazy river and slide. The furnishings are up to date. The beds are comfortable. Make sure you bring your own beach chairs or you can rent 2 chairs plus umbrella for $45 a day. My only two complaints are the cleanliness of the unit and the light from the hallway it blinds you at night when you are trying to sleep. I recommend curtains. The blender was broken so I couldn't make my protein shakes, but not a huge deal. The staff was very friendly and kept the pool area clean and maintained. Beautiful views of the gulf from the balcony.

The condo was beautiful and perfectly furnished. It met our needs for our family vacation. But… we were surprised that it was not cleaned very well from the visitors before us.
