The unit comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, and for larger groups, you can book the entire 4-plex, accommodating up to 20 guests—ideal for family gatherings, group trips, or special celebrations.

GUEST SCREENING & SAFETY
To ensure the safety of our guests and property, all bookings are screened through TRUVI aka Know Your Guest (Superhog), a trusted guest-verification service. After booking, you’ll receive instructions to verify your identity with a valid government-issued ID.
You will be asked to choose one of the following:
$250 refundable deposit, or
$25 damage waiver fee
Transaction fees may apply. This process helps prevent fraud and unauthorized activity, and ensures a safe stay for everyone.
PET FEE
Non-refundable pet fee: $150 per pet, per stay
NO SMOKING
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. A violation fee of $750 will apply.
SERVICE & UTILITY NOTICE
While we strive to provide a comfortable stay, please note that power, water, internet, and other utilities may occasionally be interrupted due to factors beyond our control, including natural events. As these situations are outside our control, we are unable to offer refunds for such occurrences.
FURNITURE & PROPER CARE
For the comfort and safety of all guests, moving or rearranging furniture or heavy items (such as beds, large tables, or other heavy furnishings) is not allowed. If items are moved and cannot be returned to their original position by our cleaning team, guests may be charged for additional assistance from a handyman or staff to restore the property.
OUTDOOR & POOL AREA NOTICE
Please note that leaves, debris, or other natural materials may occasionally be present in the outdoor or pool area, especially after rain or windy weather. These situations are beyond our control, and no refunds will be issued for this.
If needed, we can send someone to clean the area, or if it’s late at night and our pool service is unavailable, we will ensure it is cleaned first thing the next morning.
Pool cleaning is scheduled every Thursday and may occur during daytime hours.
