Welcome to our family home, a modern and stunning vacation rental near the beautiful beaches of St. Petersburg and Indian Rocks Beach. This home features 2 full bedrooms and 1 full bath, making it perfect for families or business travelers. Enjoy the spacious layout with a connected carport, paved driveway, and a huge landscaped backyard. The private fenced-in patio is equipped with plenty of furniture and a grill, providing a relaxing outdoor space. This home offers a modern, relaxing getaway that can be used for vacation or business travel! A signed rental agreement and legal ID must be provided prior to check-in. Please note, we're located on a busier road. We've taken steps to minimize noise, but there's still potential for noise and we want to make guests aware.

- Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM. Outside of normal business hours, we have a support staff available to answer basic questions and provide assistance. For immediate safety concerns, please notify us through chat.

- The toiletries, soaps, and towels provided are a starter set. We cannot guarantee additional supplies during your stay. If you need more, please request them in the chat.

- While we regularly treat our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests due to the heat. We don’t offer refunds for this, but we are happy to address any sightings as soon as possible.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property and its amenities. This includes the fenced in backyard and outdoor furniture. This is ALL private and NOT SHARED. There is a FREE washer & dryer on site!



Free parking in the driveway, maximum two (2) cars per reservation. Parking is not allowed in the street. If you have a conflict with the parking requirements, please message us directly.



The Neighborhood:

Very safe neighborhood! Centrally located near several hospitals and beautiful beaches! Note, the home is on a busier road so there sometimes may be noise from cars.

Check-in / Check-out:

Standard check-in and check-out times are in place to allow our cleaning team to prepare every unit to our 5-star standard. Early check-in may be available upon request—just send us a message! A $50 fee may be applied if arrivals or departures interfere with cleaning.



⚠️ Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine



🐜 Pest Note: We treat regularly, but Florida may have occasional pests. No refunds are issued for pest sightings, though we’re always happy to address concerns.



⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related



🚼Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one at the time of booking to confirm availability.

Interaction with guests



PLEASE NOTE:

- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.



✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.



NOTE: This home is for sale which means there may be showings during your stay. We will also provide at least 12 hours notice and try to be flexible around your schedule, but we may require access on occasion. Thank you for your kind understanding!
