Disfrute de las aguas de color verde esmeralda y arenas blancas azucaradas del Golfo de México. Después de eso, jugar una partida de golf en nuestro campo de 9 hoyos 3 par libre en nosotros a todos nuestros huéspedes que alquilar directamente. A short walk away from the beach and the harbor right across from us. The condo was in good condition. Master bed very comfortable. Bedroom #2 beds were for younger children. Mine were in their 20's so not a comfortable sleep for them. Everything else in great condition. You can see that a lot of work has been put into the upkeep of the Sandpiper property over the last year. Well done! We appreciated the upkeep, as we have been coming for 20+ years

The cove

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was remarkably clean and comfortable. All of the essential cookware was available. The furniture need a little upgrade. I did not like going to the laundromat because the dryer did not work and no one came to fix it during our stay. Although the contract states there are no guarantees of working appliances, which I failed to properly read, I was not expecting to be able to only use the washer. I felt that since I’m on vacation and paid more than enough money to enjoy our visit, that there should have been someone on property to fix the dryer. Because oif COVID, not one guest should have to resort to going to the laundromat. Other than this, the receptionist was highly favorable. The entire community was pleasant. Last thing: I absolutely loved the check out process of clicking on a link to let them know that we’re out (No keys to return ).

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very dissatisfied with this unit for the following reasons:1. There was carpet in the unit. This is a bad idea when people are walking from the beach.2. The carpet was atrociously dirty and appeared to be 30 years old. It was absolutely disgusting with many spots in all the rooms.3. The Kitchen area was very old and needs to be updated. This includes the counters, cabinets and stove. The refrigerator was very good.5. The blinds in the master bedroom were not functional, and the curtains were did not remotely block out the outside lights. You need black out material. 6. The second bedroom did not have black out curtains either. You could see light at night. 7. The TVs were at least 10 years old and were not smart TVs. TVs are very inexpensive these days. Update them all! 8. Despite these short comings, the location was very good and close to the pool and beach. We still had a great time, but were were very disappointed in the unit. We have been coming here for decades and we plan to return, but sometimes pictures don't show all the issues of a unit.

It wasn’t anything crazy or a ton but there was several and this was my only negative thing especially since I had an infant who is still in the crawling stages. Aside from that it was the perfect distance to the beach, had plenty of onsite amenities and was relatively close to all the activities we needed.

Will not rent this condo again

Every condo we went in that our other family members were renting were all updated and clean. Toilets didn't work at times. Some lights didn't work at times. Washing machine was giving us issues. NO pack n plays, beach chairs and umbrellas, no beach toys, no boogie boards, etc. Seemed like every other condo our other family members were renting had all those extras available for use. The outdoor patio was outdated and needs maintenance and landscaping. No patio furniture out on the master bedroom patio.

Reviewer Comments: place was clean, very roomy closet space were great in size, bathrooms clean so it ws the kitchen. found some bugs in kitchen, livingroom and bathroom, no roaches just some black exterior bugs still alive. carpet needs to be replace, shutter door could be replace for laundry room and so was the glass sliding door towards patio you have to use a piece of wood to lock it. beds were confy sofas needs to be clean. i wish that all units were or have a guideline to upgrades, some units have formica and some have stones countertop plumbing fixtures made cheap or lower quality than others. we had stay in different units in the past and some are better than others like 90's decor to 2020 decor. with the money they make some upgrades can be done without killing the bank. that will nlcude the lighting. still we enjoy the stay and the convinience of the entire facility. employees were very nice as well. beach service as well. they can start cutting grass later than 9:00 a.m. 7:30 too early..

Reviewer Comments: I arrived to property with a family of 7 . three which weee small kids. there was no air in the unit and was not repaired until the following day . It was 98 degrees outside so imagine the temperature inside. We had wet carpet along with no air conditioning!I had kids that have illness that cannot be over heated . we had to go sit in the car to cool two of them off and allow them to sleep which i feel was unfair. i have contacted and office and manager several times but no one answered. there was also nice feces behind the entertainment center that maintenance vacuumed out. i left the place cleaner than i arrived. I have not received my security deposit bk or manager have not called me to discuss my stay! loved the location but poor management upon responding to customers!

Reviewer Comments: We loved to location where our room was but, this was Our 2nd year staying in Room 9128 and both years our dryer Didn't work and it was such an inconvenience. Also the carpet needs to be changed or removed it have alot of bad spots in it. Sandpiper Cove is such a nice place and we have been going for over 20 years and I will say we will be back but not to this room. We have to have working appliances and I feel like if something not working it should be fixed,especially when it didn't work from day one and we were there for 7 days. Very unhappy that I had to pay to have my clothes dried. Thankful the condos had a dryer we could use. Other than the dryer and few minor things it was a great week.

Unit is a very short (maybe 3 minutes) walk to the boardwalk as the entire property is quite large. Bottom bunk in the guest room can sleep 2 easily. Back of the unit faces the pool. We were very happy with the location and amenities.

Reviewer Comments: we rented one condo and 2 main things we wanted was washer/dyer and umbrella /chairs on beach dryer was broke they scrambled and accomondated us with different unit and it had a washer/dryer but no umbrella/chairs they did refund an amount to afford us to rent some...we then were walked in on by cleaning people and we fill that the condo wasnt as clean as it should have been

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures are deceiving. Overall, the condo is very dated and in need of many upgrades. You notice it from the time you walk up to the beat up entry way. Carpet it very worn, door covering the laundry/furnace/hot water heater do not close easily, sliding glass doors are not very secure, back screen door off the track, back patio was very dirty/needed cleaned before we could sit out there, literally not a skillet in the place to cook on. The tvs were dated and I had to spend time fixing EVERY TV in the condo just to get cable to work - the Wi-Fi did not work the entire time we were there. Came with nothing... other family members stayed in condos on the other side of the pool and it they were nicely updated, came with little things like coffee & filters, beach chairs. Simply put... pick another unit.

Spring vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in this unit. We have stayed at sand piper cove sereral times and this unit is the most spacious. It has a great location near the biggest pool. Unit was clean. It does have carpet that looks pretty old but floors were clean. I seen other reviews complain about the dryer. The dryer does stop working if you do two loads of laundry back to back. It over heats and takes a long time to cool off. Also the unit does not have a skillet. I didn’t realize it until I wanted to make scrambled eggs. Over all we loved the unit and would stay here again.

I loved it and will definitely go back. Close to the beach, we had so much fun. There was a lot of fun things to do. We walked the beach at night and saw crabs, we rode jet skis and took a canoe out on the ocean and seen dolphins. Also dolphin babies. This is definitely a family oriented place and we loved it.

The unit was very nice with a couple of things we felt needed improvement. First the carpet was dirty (many large spots the we felt should have been cleaned. The blinds in the Master bedroom were really in need of major repair or replacement - did not turn either open of closed completely an as a result the great outdoor lighting came thru with no way to shut it out. Location was great but weather kept us from taking advantage of pool, hot tubs that were so nice and close.

We selected this unit because of its perfect location (close to beach and main pool) and the bed situation. We have 3 teens, so this bed situation meant no one needed to sleep on the pull-out couch. I normally only book places with solid 5 star reviews, so I was a little nervous about this one. After staying there, I would say the unit turned out to be fine. Lots of wallpaper and loud prints, but this is a beach condo and that didn't bother us at all. Others said the dryer didn't work for months. That seems to be fixed now. This property could improve, however. 1) Stock up a bit. The best rentals have a closet with some beach toys, a junk drawer with tape, paperclips, etc., and a few basic kitchen supplies like coffee filters and tinfoil. This place was absolutely stripped down. No coffee filters (annoying to have to purchase a pack of 100 for a 5 day stay), only the barest possible amount of soap, toilet paper, etc. Not even a pen or pad of paper to make a grocery list on! This wouldn't even cost them much to supply. A lot of travelers leave this things for others and it just replenishes that way. They must discard or take these items for themselves. (We left foil, filters, soap, etc. for the next people, who knows if it will still be there, though.) 2) Carpet is a terrible idea in a beach condo. No where to wipe feet when entering patio door and it is super old and stained. 3) Not enough light in bedrooms. No overhead lights. They cheaped out and got ceiling fans without lights. That probably saved them $20 each, but you can't see in the bedrooms. The smaller bedroom has one single small night table lamp. We literally had to pack by flashlight. 3) In the past, we have rented through other companies and this time rented directly through Sandpiper Cove. Not an upgrade. Very stingy with toilet paper, towels, golf clubs. Holiday Isle is much more generous with these items.
