A dog under 25 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

Located in the beachwalk section of Sandpiper Cove, this condo is in the perfect location for both the beach seekers and the pool lovers. 

This two bedroom/2 bath condo has a spacious open feel in the living room/dining area and kitchen. The comfortable sofa allows you to enjoy a college football game or a DVD from our DVD library located at our check-in office. The kitchen has plenty of counter space to cook a meal after spending the day at the beach. All the cookware and dishes are already in the condo so you don't need to pack any from home.

The guest bedroom features a Queen size bed with Full bunk over the queen bed. The guest bathroom features a walk in shower. 

The Master bedroom offers a King size bed. The adjoining Master Bath features a walk in shower. This condo can sleep a maximum of 6. 

Located just steps from the pool, you can walk with ease from this condo to one of the 5 complex pools. The beach is located just short walk away across the street. Other complex features include a 9 hole 3-par golf course, on-site restaurant, and tennis courts.

The feature that makes this condo stand out is you can bring your dog too! There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee with your booking and on-site charges a $10 fee as well.
