The place was clean and in a great location. It's on a main street, so yes it can be loud but it doesn't go all night and the host left ear plugs. The location is fantastic and Chicago is an awesome city!

Best location. Super clean and great layout. There is some street noise but didn’t bother us at all. You walk outside and you are in the middle of restaurants and shops. Beautiful Andersonville!!

The host was responsive to inquiries and heating issues. Overall the unit was clean and in a good location. The unit had heating issues with no hot water. We limited showers and also used a relative's house for showers as water would not exceed room temp. Host stated it was not in her control as water shared. Bedrooms did not have vents for heat. Owner brought space heaters the next day after on-going cold temps. Renters could not adjust thermostat and also had to leave doors open to both bedrooms to get heat from sitting area; limiting privacy. Recommended to the owner that I would not rent this unit until the items are corrected.

The apartment was in an excellent location but the process of getting the check-information was a pain and I didn’t love sending a photo copy of my personal ID. When asked if my info would be deleted, I was told personal information was “typically” secure. Also, when I asked when check in information would be sent, I was told it would be sent once the reservation was confirmed. This was weeks after I had made the reservation and my card had been charged. A lot of work to stay at an average place.

Decent for the price. The check in process was okay, but the key to the front door didn’t work (neither did the ‘backup key’). It took several messages in the app and at least two calls to sort out that there is a back entrance. The space has the basics (coffee maker, refrigerator, and a few dishes), beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows, window AC units worked good, but there was no hot water

Excellent stay, centrally located on a main street in Andersonville, which is a spectacular Swedish neighborhood in Chicago. The apartment is in a slightly dated building but everything was clean, tastefully furnished, and thoughtfully stocked. Host was very responsive and helpful. I was in town for a quick business trip, but I’d easily stay again for more sightseeing.

Wonderful stay. Loved the area. It was a bit noisy but the host was kind enough to provide ear plugs and a noise machine that really helped! The shower wasnt the most luxurious but at the end of the day it was useable. I would happily recommend this place to my friends. Anytime I am in the area I'd stay again.
