Lovers Lake retreat—a private waterfront home created for relaxed mornings, shared meals, and time well spent together. Completely renovated with a modern coastal aesthetic, this one-floor living home offers beautiful water views from every room and a peaceful setting designed for relaxation and connection.
THE LOVERS LAKE EXPERIENCE
Located on a quiet, private community lake, the water truly becomes your backyard. Lovers Lake is a freshwater, non-motorized lake, ideal for swimming, paddling, and enjoying nature without the noise or crowds of public beaches. Morning swims, paddle outings, and peaceful afternoons by the water make it easy to settle into a slower, more relaxed rhythm.
• Private Dock: Step directly from the lawn onto your private dock for a morning swim in the clear, calm waters.
• Lake Adventures: Explore the shoreline with the provided paddleboat, canoe, and stand-up paddleboard (SUP).
• Privacy: Set on nearly an acre of secluded land, the home feels worlds away from the bustle while remaining just minutes from downtown Chatham.

We love the lake lifestyle — early morning paddleboarding, quiet fishing at sunset, and long evenings on the deck overlooking the water. It’s incredibly meaningful to us that families choose to return, some honoring traditions that started here years ago. We take pride in continually improving the home — from updated kitchens and bathrooms to a rebuilt deck — so each season feels fresh while preserving the warmth that makes it special.
