My Beautiful 1400 pies cuadrados lugar con 3 dormitorios (la 3 ª habitación es paseo a través) y dos baños completos se encuentra en una calle tranquila con la comodidad de nuevos muebles, conexión WI-FI y TV por cable. Te sentirás inmediatamente como en casa. Viene con dos espacios de estacionamiento y el nuevo sistema de refrigeración y calefacción de Fujitsu para cada habitación. Es una bonita y acogedora casa en el segundo piso para cada miembro de su familia. El mobiliario se actualizó por completo en julio de 2017. Relájate y disfruta :)

Mi lugar es bueno para parejas, aventureros en solitario, viajeros de negocios y familias (con niños).

Unique property, a thirty-minute walk from campus & shopping. Well stocked for cooking, and the balcony was lovely! The beds were very comfortable. Would recommend :)

Princeton early February

Property is as described. Well maintained. Super close to downtown Princeton. Little over a mile. Owners were responsive to questions. Will be back and rent from them again.

Mixed bag

This second and third floor rental should be restricted to healthy young adults. Steep narrow steps can be hazardous for elderly or other visitors lacking excellent strength and balance. A very soft sagging bed on the third floor exacerbated my back trouble (sciatica), although the owner says that slats were out of position and have since been fixed. She also says that the second floor bed has a relatively new and expensive frame and mattress, so if only one bed is needed, the sagging third floor mattress should not be a concern. Otherwise, most aspects of this rental are good or at least ok. It's all clean, we saw no bugs, and appliances all work, except for a washer and dryer on the third floor that may have been repaired after our visit. Another washer and dryer on the second floor worked fine. It was very difficult to find the property on our first arrival, after dark, even with Google Maps. By now the owner may have provided lighting for the address numbers. Communication with the owner was fine except for a 24 hour lapse over a holiday. We visited in late November and found the heat good after the first few days. We had to decipher six thermostats and replace batteries on the crucial one on the third floor. During the heating season, all covered wall switches must be left in the ON position, and remote controls in wall brackets must all be set to HEAT (or HEAT MIN). If baseboard heating doesn't come on, check thermostat batteries.

Semi exclusive stay not far from the university

This was a great family Christmas get away. The kitchen had everything you needed. The washer and dryer were amazing easy to pop a load in and be ready for the next adventure. This property was just chalk full of little touches. Art on the wall and just homey aspects. It did not feel like someone else's home but that of a nice inviting hotel but larger. The baloncy was a great addition that made the property seem larger. 2 full baths are great for families so someone is not hogging them for showers or whatever. Overall it was just a splendid stay. The host was very responsive to texts or any minor questions. Come try out this property it lived up to the hype and luxury price point.

Princeton Gem

Perfectly located about a mile and a half outside of town (a decent walk or short drive). Has a European feel with its staircases and furnishings. Beautiful light. Excellent dining/living room space. Very comfortable beds. Easy parking (which in Princeton is not always a thing!). Natalia was a wonderful host providing a warm welcome, clear instructions and great follow up.

Cozy & comfortable Thanksgiving week

Felt right at home in this well-appointed property. The beautiful light streaming through the spaces in the morning set the tone for each day. Experienced both the colorful leaves of autumn and winter snow flurries...a treat for us from San Francisco! Very warm, hospitable & responsive host. Hope to come back again!

Family Reunion

We needed a place to meet new found family and this was the perfect place. It was very comfortable, has a nice kitchen and very large dining table. We had a great day and the owners were fabulous. They provided a lot of information about the area.

Great Princeton apartment

We needed a place to stay for a family wedding and This place was perfect! Everything we needed, quiet neighborhood, and even on foot only twenty minute walk to great bakery & market, thirty mInute walk to downtown/ Princeton University. Would stay again...😊

This is the second time our family staying at this house, which means we liked the house so re-visted this place. It's like our second house-the location, facilities, comfort, but most of all, the owner!! The owner resonses within 5 min. and tries to help the things that we needed right away. AC works very well (this is very important because weather in princeton is really hot) and laundry works good as well. You can even walk to princeton shopping center and palmer square. After staying two weeks in here, we moved to the owner's another house. I trust Natalia and her husband and if I come back to princeton sometime, I will definately stay at thier house. Thank you so much Natalia and those people who are looking for house in Princeton, you should stay at here or other houses owned by them! Count on me^^

Every place I went made sure that my stay was as comfortable and convenient as possible, and I have made it my mission to do the same. I wish that everybody can travel more and stress less :)

My Beautiful 1400 Sq ft place with 3 bedrooms ( the 3rd bedroom is walk trough) and two full bathrooms is located on on a quiet street with the comfort of new furniture, Free WI-FI and Cable TV. You will immediately feel at home. It comes with Two Parking Spaces and brand new Fujitsu Cooling and Heating System for each room. It's a nice and cozy house on the second floor for each member of your family. The furniture was updated on brand new modern look in the end of july 2017. Book with us and enjoy your stay in your Princeton Home.
