Relax in the spacious open living room and kitchen, knock out a quick Peloton ride, or take in the sun and air on the balcony. Everything you need is at your fingertips with beach access via tram or short walk, two resort style pools, bike rentals, and Peddlers Pavilion - a community hub with shopping and entertainment! Just bring your luggage and you!

Fall in love with ~
- Private beach access. Seacrest community offers a private beach tram (March – October) that will take you directly to the beach. It runs daily from 9a-5:30pm and is less than 2 min walk from the home. You'll also have direct access to Seacrest Beach boardwalk if you'd rather walk instead of ride! It's right at the entrance to the neighborhood – less than 10 min walk down to the beach.
- 2 community pools (seasonally heated as well) plus a hot tub!
- Neighborhood. You're in between Alys and Rosemary, and walkable to both! Alys features fun spots like Raw & Juicy and Fonville Press, plus a great lawn perfect to let kids roam! Rosemary is just to east and less than 10 min walk as well.
- Entertainment. Right outside your condo is Peddler's Pavilion - events, dining, and shopping. Great for grabbing a quick bite or ice cream after dinner.

- Balcony 'peek a boo' ocean views from the living area and primary bedroom
- Fully equipped kitchen - stocked with everything you'll need to cook at home or enjoy some takeout
- Complimentary coffee on us! We stock you with pods to kick start your mornings
- Open concept living and dining with dining seating for four
- Essentials are covered: We start you off with paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry pods
- Premium Goods are standard. We provide full size bottles of Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and hand lotion
- Beach gear on us as well! Complimentary beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella to make beach days easy breezy
- Washer / Dryer

For Rest ~
- Primary Bedroom: King size bed, peloton bike, balcony access, en-suite featuring a double vanity, walk in shower, and soaking tub
- Guest Room: King bed, hardwood floors, ceiling fan, and plenty of light
- Bunk Room: Twin over Twin single bunk, hardwood floors, ample storage
- Pack n play is also provided for your little one

To note ~
- Parking: 3 designated parking spaces are available, plus additional parking in the community.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 23.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
