Getting Around:

The villa is ideally located just minutes from the beach and downtown San José del Cabo, making it easy to explore the area by foot, car, or private transportation.



Driving: We recommend renting a car if you plan to explore beyond town (like Cabo San Lucas, the marina, or scenic beaches along the corridor). On-site parking is included.



Taxis & Ride Shares: Local taxis are readily available, and we can help arrange reliable transportation. Uber is available in the area but may be limited at times.



Airport Access: The villa is approximately 15 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). Airport transfers can be arranged through our concierge service. Whether you're strolling into town for tacos or heading out for an adventure, getting around is easy and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

Advance Guest List Required: For security purposes, all guest names must be submitted prior to arrival to ensure smooth entry at the gated Campestre community.



Quiet Hours: Campestre is a tranquil, residential neighborhood. We kindly ask that all guests respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain the peace and harmony of the community.



Optional Add-On Services: We offer a wide range of concierge services—including chef-prepared meals, private drivers, spa treatments, and more. Let us know your preferences in advance so we can tailor your experience.



No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Designated outdoor areas are available.



Hot Tub & Pool Settings: The hot tub and pool are set to 82°F by default. If you want the temperature increased (up to 86°F) let us know!



Transportation Recommended: While the home is just minutes from beaches and downtown San José, we recommend having a rental car or arranging transportation for convenience.



To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. A security deposit is required of $500 before check in. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
