The set up of the accommodations was not as listed online, I’ve already spent over 2 hours on the phone with your support team with no resolution whatsoever. They told me I would be refunded 120, which has yet to be received. We never stayed 1 night at this location we booked, we checked in and left an hour later to stay somewhere that was honest about their set up. I have tried to get in contact with the host regarding a refund for Saturday and Sunday night (I was trying to be fair to all parties in this situation and was willing to eat the cost of Friday night) and your support team has as well to no success. This situation was been so unfair to me and my partner and I’m not sure why VRBO is so unwilling to help their customer in this situation. I expect a response from your team via email, as I no longer have the patience or time to waste on the phone with your support staff.
