The perfect vacation home for the whole family! This large home has a split floorplan and large family gathering areas in both the kitchen/dining space as well as the den. The kitchen has an island stovetop and double ovens. The dining table seats 6 and breakfast bar. There is a full size laundry room inside the house, with utility sink. The main living areas of the house have low/no transitions, for ease of mobility in a wheelchair.

The bedrooms are large with walk-in closets and tvs.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and adjoining bathroom, with large shower/garden tub (stability bar) and double vanity.

The other bedrooms are on the opposite end of the house, and both have queen beds.

There is a full bath (shower/no tub) in the hallway.

The den has plenty of seating, including a queen-size futon for additional sleeping space.

The house has WiFi and cable.

Items to Note:

This rental does not include a golf cart. Carts are available for rent onsite through Ocean Lakes Golf Cars.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental.

A welcome packet containing information on obtaining parking passes will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment in full & 30 days prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 2 standard vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

Baby items are available for rent during your stay. Baby gear rental information is included in your welcome packet.

Pre-arrival grocery delivery is available for an additional fee. Pre-arrival grocery delivery information is included in your welcome packet.

Access information will be emailed at 3:45 PM on arrival date.

All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a refundable damage deposit.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received

By proceeding with the rental of this property, you are confirming you are in agreement with the terms and conditions set forth in the Digital Rental Agreement and with the rental rules listed below.

Rental Rules:

Rates & fees (including departure cleaning) are non-negotiable

Renters must be at least 25 years old and present during the entire rental period

MAXIMUM occupancy is 8

No smoking in the house

Pets are not allowed

Any fines incurred by any member of your group are your responsibility to pay
