Deedee was very helpful and accommodating. This is our second year staying in the home and already booked for next year. The home has been remodeled and is beautiful. We were also able to bring our boat and rent one of the boat slips attached to the home.

The property is perfect and the hosts were extremely helpful. We can’t wait to stay here again. Super convenient to be able to bring dogs and our boat. Amazing location too. We ended up adding extra nights we loved it so much.

Bring your boat. Canal access. Property very accommodating. Short drive to Tarpon Springs and Greek town. Fish and meat markets if you care to cook. Must drive for eating and entertainment.just one restaurant to walk to precariously.

Quaint and pleasant.

We enjoyed our week long stay. The house was clean and comfortable. We had manatees visit at the end of the dock. Neighbors on either side were pleasant and not intrusive. Master bedroom was of good size with plenty of storage for suitcases, clothing, etc. Location is very close to grocery stores. Can't compliment local food establishments at all. Food was "meh" and overpriced.

Quiet neighborhood, good amenities, close enough to go play in Tarpon Springs gor the day (which I highly recommend). Hot tub was perfect abd pool table in good condition. Dock was just redone.

Beautiful views

Rented for my elderly parents. They loved the Marina views. The road the house is off is very fast and waa difficult for them to navigate at times, but they were happy for the convenience to restaurants and stores.

Anchors Restaurant Good Music (sometimes)

Location is great for beautiful scenes, music on the weekends. Pool table and hot tub can be enjoyed while you listen to the free music you get across the water. Great neighbors. Shopping, park and library close by. Joey's New York Style pizza is excellent. Housekeeper keeps tabs on how all is going and is quite prompt to respond should you have any issues to resolve. Tv is enjoyable. Tarpon Springs is in close proximity for a touristy feel. Great for people that enjoy the city buzz! Homosassa State park has a wonderful facility that is easy on the budget which is a 40 minute (or so) drive.

Lovely Waterfront Home

Loved this home on the water in New Port Richey. It was clean and neat and nicely decorated. It was quiet & peaceful! Loved to watch the boats coming and going all day. The outdoor patio was a fantastic location to host a little BBQ for the family. Can't wait to return!!

Very well located, close to everything and there is everything needed (except cooking knives).

Very nice little home on the water. The restaurant across the water did have music over the weekend but you can’t hear anything in the house. One issue we did have was that the boat dock was rented to someone and there were people working on the boat the afternoon we arrived and all day Monday which was very uncomfortable because it was noisy and there was no privacy.
