• PALM CANOPY SUITE | KING BED. USB charging. Ensuite bath boasts a double vanity and large shower with sleek grey subway tile. Pack ’n play/bassinet available for our youngest guests.

• Rental Agreement: After booking, you’ll get an email with a Point of Contact (POC) form and a short rental agreement to e-sign for liability purposes.
• Security Deposit: There is a $150 security deposit HOLD (not a charge) placed on your credit card on file 3 days before you arrive. It's auto released 3 days after you depart!
• Location: Villages of Grayton Beach community
• Check-Out: 10 AM sharp
• Max Occupancy: 6 guests
• Pets: 2 dogs max with approval and payment of $200 pet fee/dog
• House Rules: No smoking or vaping on property. Parties/Events are not allowed. Please keep noise low after 11 PM
• Parking: Space for 3 cars (2 on parking pad, 1 in garage). Extra vehicle storage nearby available for $90/week (contact after booking)
