About this space

Welcome to 61 Charming Way, a spacious 3-story coastal retreat tucked into the quiet Dune Allen community on the west end of scenic 30A.



✔ Unbeatable location, about a quarter-mile stroll to the Dune Allen Regional Beach access and directly behind local-favorite Stinky's Fish Camp

✔ Community pool just three houses down, shared only with our small neighborhood

✔ Four bedrooms across two upper floors, sleeping up to 12

✔ Bright, open main level with a large U-shaped sectional, a 65" smart TV, and dining for eight

✔ Fully stocked kitchen with a gas range, Keurig K-Duo coffee, and everything you need for a week at the beach

✔ Back deck with a gas grill and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the sand



Main level: Step up into an open living, dining, and kitchen space made for gathering. Cook a big meal in the well-equipped kitchen, gather around the table for eight, and unwind on the oversized sectional. A half bath and a full-size washer and dryer are right on this floor.



Second floor: Three bedrooms and two baths. The king bedroom has its own updated en-suite with a walk-in tile shower, a 42" TV, and a shared walkout balcony. The bunk room is a kid favorite, with a pyramid bunk (double on the bottom, twin on top) plus a twin trundle. A queen bedroom shares a full bath with a dual-sink vanity and a shower and tub combo. A landing desk makes a handy workspace.



Third-floor master suite: Your private getaway at the top of the home, with a king bed, a twin trundle daybed, a desk, and a 65" smart TV. The spa-style en-suite has a freestanding soaking tub, a dual-head walk-in shower with a rainfall head, a dual-sink vanity, and a large walk-in closet.



Beach gear is included, with a beach wagon, chairs, and assorted gear ready by the front steps so you can head straight to the Gulf.



With tall 10 to 11-foot ceilings, thoughtful updates throughout, and a location you can walk to the beach from, 61 Charming Way is your easygoing home base on 30A.

The house was great for our family! Plenty of room in the main living areas to relax. My ONLY concern was how steep the driveway was. We had every intention of renting a golf cart for the week and it was impossible to do with parking space. Other than that, beautiful home!

Amazing house and close to the beach with plenty of room to accommodate a big family. We had no troubles with the place at all the only thing is that my grandma had a hard time with all of the stairs but other than that it was great!

All 10 of us had a wonderful time. The host was available anytime we needed them. The house was spotless. We all had plenty of room. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Walmart and outlet stores. The pool was close by. We would definitely stay again. It really was 10/10.

Family Beach Vacation

This house is gorgeous! One of the nicest furnished and well equipped vacation rentals we have stayed in. From the well equipped kitchen to the comfy beds, this place is sure to please. The owners are were extremely responsive, and made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic vacation!!

The house is great for a large family and the hosts are the most attentive we have had in 25 years of coming to the Destin area! Very well stocked and plenty of room for our family of 11 - 6 adults and 5 children. Really wonderful experience!! Highly recommend!!

Perfect stay!

Very clean, kitchen well supplied for cooking. Short easy walk to beach access and neighborhood pool. Plenty of space for everyone to comfortably spread out. Owners are very responsive. Overall an amazing rental!

Great location, great property management

We booked last minute and Brian was very accommodating. The house is beautiful and clean, plenty of space including a huge pantry. The neighborhood is small and it has a big pool. It’s a very easy walk to the public beach access. We had a great time!

Great Vacation!

Our stay was great! The property manager (Brian) was a great host, he checked in on us and made sure we were all good. The house was clean and had everything we needed and was a simple 5 minute walk to the beach. We will consider rebooking. Thank you!

Quick getaway, wish we could have stayed longer

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Vitoria for our long weekend getaway to the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches on 30A. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. It was as advertised and very close to the beach access - a 5 minute walk. The open concept layout was very cozy. Comfortable beds, great internet and really appreciated all Brian & Diana (the hosts and owners) did prior to and during our stay to make sure we were happy. We look forward to staying at Casa Vitoria again very soon!

House on the hill

Last minute get away

The owner was extremely accommodating as we booked very last minute. Great communication. House was very clean and very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Owner regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Overall, would definitely recommend this property.

Thanksgiving Break

We just returned from our stay over Thanksgiving break. This was our first Thanksgiving away from home. We had a wonderful time. The house was amazing and big enough to accommodate all 7 of us comfortably. The house was clean and the kitchen very well equipped. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Wouldn’t have changed a thing.

Great House, near Beach

The property is quite new and in very good shape. It is very well equipped in the kitchen and elsewhere and has plenty of seating and TVs. Only 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Master suite is great. Three other bedrooms. One is tight but still fine. Plenty of close restaurants and shopping. Homes are being built nearby. We played golf several times at courses about 15 -20 minutes away. Owner is very helpful and very responsive.

It’s very short walk (5 mins for us with 3 toddlers and all our junk 😊) to the beach AND there is a great beach access with a flashing light cross walk, clean public restrooms and a ramp down to the beach. We loved the location so much! We enjoyed Stinkys 2 of the 3 nights (fantastic food and kid friendly). The house is just beautiful. Lots of space- very clean- great blackout curtains- tons of sleep spaces- lots of games and plastic bowls and cups for kids… everything you could need in the kitchen to cook (although we decided not to cook and kept stinkys busy)! Brian is amazing and so responsive, we really appreciated the hospitality. We can’t wait to come back- thanks so much for a great get away!

This Dune Allen home was built in 2019 and sits in a quiet community of roughly 50 homes on the west end of 30A, a stretch that stays calmer than the busier village areas while keeping you a short walk from the Gulf. Three floors give families and multi-generational groups room to spread out, with all four bedrooms upstairs and an open main level built for gathering. It is also one of the few homes in the neighborhood that welcomes dogs, which makes it an easy choice for guests traveling with the whole family.
